New footage claims Loch Ness Monster 'not alone' with two creatures in water

Should we be saying Loch Ness Monsters rather than just one?

A monster hunter claims that he has seen evidence that the Loch Ness Monster is ‘not alone’ in the massive body of water, with photos purportedly showing a second beast beneath the waves in Scotland. Here's the video so you can make your own mind up:

OK, so whether or not you believe in the Loch Ness Monster, it’s definitely a fun little mystery.

There might be nothing down there except for cold water and the occasional fish, but imagine if there really was a prehistoric beast or cryptid living within the waters.

It would be cool, right?

Well, what if there were two monsters dwelling in the Scottish highland loch?

Eoin O’Faodhagain was just sitting watching a webcam of the loch when he saw a dark shape that he estimated at around 30 feet long.

However, within a matter of hours, he also spotted two humps moving along in the water, but they were moving away from each other.

Should we be talking about Loch Ness Monsters?

He believes that this is conclusive proof that there are two monsters living in Loch Ness.

Mr O’Faodhagain said: “It is obvious that the two Nessie-like humps are moving over a two-minute period, and the larger hump of the two has changed position from the smaller one.

"Given the fact that there is no disturbance of water visible between objects you would have to concur they are two separate moving creatures."

He also mentioned the scale of the – well – whatever it was.

Eoin added: “What animal could be that long?

“What is strikingly obvious about sightings at Loch Ness, is that eyewitnesses could be viewing two different creatures coexisting in the one lake.

"What the other creature is could be completely unknown.

“What we do know is there are a hell of a lot of eels in Loch Ness, having the odd rogue giant one is not beyond the realm of reality."

The two humps were moving in different directions.

The 58-year-old from the Irish county of Donegal reckons that the existence of two creatures could explain the many different accounts of the monster’s appearance.

He said: "This is only my opinion - of Nessie being two different creatures - hence the abundance of different descriptions we have for her."

Eoin knows a thing or two about Loch Ness, as he reports many sightings whilst watching the webcam footage.

This particular video came from Shoreland Lodges, near to Fort Augustus.

There are new rules in place concerning sightings on the webcams, so whilst Eoin is probably the most prolific entry-maker on the Official Loch Ness Monster Sightings Register – which is a real thing, apparently – he hasn’t managed to register a sighting yet in 2023.

Still, the year is young.
