Cristiano Ronaldo has finally tied the knot with his longtime partner, Georgina Rodríguez.
A press release said: "The ceremony was a private and intimate moment attended by their five children."
Ronaldo and Rodríguez share five children: twins Eva Maria and Mateo, nine, daughter Alana, eight, daughter Bella, four, as well as 16-year-old son Cristiano Jr., from one of the football legend's previous relationships.
The pair had a civil ceremony today (11 August) in Cascais, Portugal, and they have shared a photo of the wedding bands to their Instagram accounts to confirm the news, alongside the caption: "C [red love-heart emoji] G."

Ronaldo's wedding day follows exactly a year on since they confirmed their engagement on 11 August 2025 with Rodriguez having written in the caption: “Sí, quiero. En esta y en todas mis vidas." This translates to: “Yes, I do. In this and in all my lives.”
And the news of this small, private ceremony with their kids also comes after previous rumours of the couple hosting a much bigger do.
Rumours had been swirling that the couple were set to tie the knot this month, after Ronaldo revealed that they planned to get hitched after the World Cup, which wrapped up in July.
He'd told Piers Morgan: "I hope to arrive at my wedding with the champion’s trophy. I’m going to marry her because I believe it’s the right time. Not just because she’s the mother of my children — but because she’s the person I love most."
And then a 'leaked' wedding invitation began doing the rounds on social media with 1 August as the date of the nuptials.
However, the invite was quickly debunked as a fake and it was confirmed that the wedding would be taking place in August but not on that date.
Although the pair were only engaged for a year, they’ve been in a relationship for almost a decade after first meeting in 2016 at a Gucci shop in Madrid where Rodríguez worked as a sales assistant.
Speaking to Vogue in May 2025, Rodríguez said she felt ‘as if we had known each other all our lives’.

“When people are in love like we are, they know what that strong connection is. That spark we had since we met has also grown and matured over time,” she added.
On the Netflix series I Am Georgina, Ronaldo opened up about their relationship saying his partner is ‘the woman of his life’.
He popped the question last year, explaining that he'd done it at about one in the morning when one of his friends dropped off the ring and his kids crashed the party to insist that he get on with it.
He'd said: "It was like 1 am. My daughters were in bed sleeping.
"One of my friends gave me the ring to offer Gio, and as I was giving her the ring, my two kids come in and say: 'Daddy, you're going to give the ring to mum and you're going to ask her to get married'.
"I said: 'Wow, this is the right moment to say yes'. It was the time. I knew that I was going to do it one day, but I hadn't planned to do it then."
