Ex-Miss Croatia has revealed her ambitious plan for Euros after going viral during World Cup

Ex-Miss Croatia has revealed her ambitious plan for Euros after going viral during World Cup

Two years after going viral in the crowd at the World Cup, the Croatian model has revealed her plans for the Euros

The former Miss Croatia who went viral during the last World Cup has a plan ahead of the Euros this year.

Real name Ivana Knoll, the social media influencer spoke about what she's got in her locker for the upcoming football tournament, the reaction from her viral moment at the World Cup, and her plans after the summer in a recent interview.

The Euros presents another opportunity for Knoll to cause waves again as footy fans will no doubt be keeping an eye out for her in the crowds across Germany over the next month.

Knoll, 26, had her moment in the spotlight at the Qatar 2022 World Cup after being caught in the crowd by a cameraman, with people realising that she was once Miss Croatia, as she saw her Instagram following sky-rocket to where it is today, at three million followers.

The Euros kick off on Friday 14 June, with hosts Germany taking on Scotland at Bayern Munich's Allianz Arena.

With all eyes on the pitch, Knoll has her eye on leaving a mark at the tournament, with a specific goal in mind.

Despite her new-found fame in the Middle East, Knoll's choice of clothes in public in the muslim country put her at risk of being arrested, to which she told the country to 'respect her way of life'.

Knoll has confirmed that she will be in Germany for the duration of the tournament, cheering her country Croatia on, as they look to cause an upset and progress beyond expectations.

However, her long-term goal in football isn't just to be noticed and gain more social media followers - it turns out that it's a lot more than that.

Knoll hopes to land a full-time job in football from the tournament.

She revealed to BILD: "I would love to work as a TV presenter - for the Bundesliga. Since there is no really good league in Croatia and I have a close connection to Germany, the Bundesliga is my dream.

"As a child I was a Leverkusen fan, today I like Bayern."

The influencer has already began to move away from social media though, as she has done some DJ'ing here and there, adding: "I'm a techno DJ and would love to play somewhere,

"Preferably in Berlin, which is a techno mecca. Otherwise, I do gigs for my sponsors and will certainly do the odd interview," Knoll revealed.

In terms of what she wanted to do after the Euros, she added: "I'm going on a world tour as a DJ, playing in Greece, Morocco, Montenegro and Croatia, among other places," also saying that she'd return to Miami, having lived in the US for the last two years.

Knoll further revealed that she was born in Germany, having lived there until she was eight, and even carried out the whole interview in German.

She said that her favourite player was Real Madrid and Croatia legend Luka Modric, though acknowledged that the 38-year-old might be retiring soon.

The influencer also revealed that people wanted her to joining OnlyFans following the World Cup, which she distanced herself from.

"Around the World Cup in Qatar, a lot of people tried to get me to join OnlyFans. But that's not for me, that's not how I was raised," she explained.

"I was even invited to an interview in New York once. When I got there, I found out that they just wanted to convince me to sign up to OnlyFans. I was really angry.

"After that, the attempts stopped, but now, before the European Championships, I'm getting a lot of emails and calls again. I always say no."
