The fight everyone wanted to see Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua have is seemingly going ahead this year as it was reported that it'll take place in the 'fourth quarter of the year'.
Mike Coppinger of The Ring announced that he'd been told Fury vs AJ was a 'done deal' and would be coming at some point in the last three months of 2026.
He said: "Breaking news! Tyson Fury-Anthony Joshua is a done deal, I’m told, for the fourth quarter of this year, @ringmagazine show on Netflix!
"Biggest fight in UK history. And like so many other major fights, it’s happening because of @Turki_alalshikh. Canelo-Crawford, Beterbiev-Bivol, Usyk-Fury and too many others to name."

Fury made it clear after his victory over Arslanbek Makhmudov that he next wanted to step into the ring with Joshua, who had been watching the fight.

"He was brought here tonight ringside for a reason, to get in that ring and make a face off and get the fight done. I've signed. I signed months ago. I don't know if he signed," Fury said.
"He was very evasive and didn't give no definitive answers, I know one thing. He wasn't saying yes.
"In my opinion he didn't want no smoke. He didn't want it. He didn't look like he wanted it. He was just shell-shocked. Didn't know what to say. He came ringside to make a fight. If it was me I'd have jumped in that ring, faced off, let's get it on.
"10 years in the making and still, after all this time, there's still uncertainty about if this fight's going to happen next."
"Tonight is your night, and you know I'll sit across that ring from you in due time," Joshua said as he fired back at Fury.
"You ain't gonna tell me what to do. I've been chasing you for the last 10 years.
"When you're ready, you come and see me and tell me your terms and conditions, and I'll have you in the ring when I'm ready. I'm the boss. You work for me.
"I'm the landlord. Remember that. You work for me."
Fury's on a bit of a break from boxing at the moment as he's in the mandatory post-fight suspension period that comes after a boxing match, but if the fight is going ahead in the fourth quarter of this year then he doesn't need to be ready until October at the earliest.
Joshua's latest fight was last December against Jake Paul, which he won handily and afterwards called out Fury, saying: "We shook off the cobwebs. I can't wait for 2026.
"If Tyson Fury is as serious as he says he is, and he wants to put down his Twitter fingers and put on some gloves, and come and fight one of the realest fighters out there, step into there with me next if you're a really bad boy."
Today (27 April) AJ also shared the announcement that his next fight would be against Kristian Prenga on 25 July, so he'll have to get that bout out of the way before any match against Fury.
It's the fight everybody wants to see and we've been waiting so long for, fingers crossed it actually does happen before the year is out.
