Owen Williams experienced pain in his bottom that ended in his ‘bum cheek exploding’, and having believed everything was okay, has issued an update that 'scared the hell' out of him.
Owen is a 25-year-old self-employed laborer from Warwickshire, who's pain in his bum was debilitating for the young lad.
However, despite searching for answers to find out why the pain wouldn't get better, he claims A&E, paramedics, and SAU’ proved to have no further information about what it could be.
The worker, who has set up both a TikTok and GoFundMe page where he shares updates on his health, states doctors said it could have been a fissure or haemorrhoids.

But soon all would be revealed and in a scary way.
According to the NHS, an anal fissure is ‘a small tear in your anus that causes pain when you poo’ whilst haemorrhoids are lumps on or around the anus that can be painful and bleed.

Both of those conditions tend to clear up on their own.
However, Owen discovered that he had an abscess on his ‘left bum cheek’ which wasn't revealed until it exploded and left him with a 'cavity' after having surgery on the location.
At the time, he wrote on his GoFundMe page: “After months of agony and stress and pain I finally had my surgery and I’m just trying to make ends meat while I recover things have not been easy but we do what we can to see the positive in things all I want to do is to be able to get on with my life go on holidays see the world and look forward to the next chapter of my life.”
But he has since issued an update on his condition.
Taking to his TikTok page, he revealed that something happened in the morning that left him in bits.
"Today I thought my abscess had just came back, and it scared the hell out of me," said Owen.
He revealed that this scare occurred as he prepared to take his girlfriend 'to work'.
First, he said, he went to the toilet, where he was greeted by the 'entire tissue' being 'covered in blood'.
Because of the ordeal he had in the run up to the removal of the abscess, Owen said he instantly felt the panic set in as he thought it had come back for the cycle to start all over again.
He said in that moment, his 'heart dropped' before ending up in his 'mouth' before he claimed to have shouted for his girlfriend's assistance in the bathroom.
However, he now thinks it could be down to new tissue forming in the area where the open wound was left after having the abscess removed.
Owen explained that the couple went to get the site checked out by healthcare professionals, who deemed the wound as being well.
But still, he said it 'scared the hell out of me'.
Despite this he said he wants to let others know they are 'not alone' if they too are dealing with something like this.
Although, he thinks things should be fine from now on as the area doesn't seem to be inflamed.
