A former Santa tried to sue his old boss after he claimed they called him a 'paedo'.

Carl Graham was earning some extra money a few years ago, donning the iconic red suit and fake beard and greeting lines of excited young kids.

But he said that his side gig did not go down too well with colleagues at his sales job.

In particular, Mr Graham claimed that he was ruthlessly bullied by his boss, Jon Gill.

And when he was sacked from his job at the car dealership in 2020, Mr Graham took his old boss to court, alleging that he was discriminated against over his sexuality.

He told a tribunal that Mr Gill had ruined his life, and demanded that he receive £44,000 in damages as a result.

“I was called paedo, kiddy fiddler… the daily abuse about my sexual preferences has destroyed my life," he said.

However, despite his allegations, the tribunal decided that there were insufficient grounds for his claim as being called a paedophile had nothing to do with his sexuality.

Also the panel said Mr Graham was 'prone to exaggeration' and questioned some of his wild claims.

For example, he told the tribunal: “This is the most horrific abuse anyone has suffered in employment history.”

He lost his claim.

Also, while Mr Graham alleged that he was picked on by his co-workers, the panel ruled that he was clearly an 'enthusiastic participant'.

Following the ruling, his boss, Mr Gill, was given a stern warning over his conduct and behaviour at work.

He told the panel that he regretted his actions but felt at the time that it was just a bit of fun.

“At the time, I saw it as banter," he said. “Now, I realise it was unacceptable.”

Earlier this year, a woman got some sweet, sweet revenge on her childhood bully after their dad signed up for her adult content.

While there are definitely a few oddballs on the platform, the latest in the saga follows popular OnlyFans model, Lucy Banks, after the father of a girl who used to 'ruin' her life when they were youngsters subscribed to her account.

Banks, who hails from Australia, took to TikTok to share the news in a video, captioned 'This is my greatest day ever', which has since clocked up more than 47k views on the platform.

It shows Banks having a little boogie in her garden with the overlay text reading: "The girl from my hometown who tried to ruin me.

"Her dad just subscribed to me."

She added the hashtag '#getfknedwrecked' in the caption to really put salt in the wound.

It would appear that the bully's dad caught wind of Banks' OnlyFans given the fact they're both from the same small town - and everyone seems to know everyone's business in those.
