It's natural to be protective of your first born child but Melania Trump has taken things to another level when it comes to keeping Barron close in recent weeks.
The First Lady was less than pleased when an image of the 19-year-old at the Mar-A-Lago club made its way into the public eye, as she warned about the 'immediate consequences' for whichever club member had taken it.
A source explained to journalist Rob Shuter: "Melania made it very clear that Barron’s privacy is non-negotiable, anyone caught filming or taking pictures would face immediate consequences, including potential banning from the club."
Fresh from the box office bomb that was the behind-the-scenes look at her life in the build-up to her husband's election win, Melania is now keen to steer the spotlight away from her only child.

Another aide suggested to IB Times: "Melania's circle is circulating reminders about confidentiality. Everyone who works with the family knows: leaks will not be tolerated."
Unfortunately for her, pastor Stuart Knechtle, a TikTok influencer with two million followers, has revealed the details of a private phone call he had with the teenager about religion.

Knechtle claimed in a viral podcast appearance that Barron was 'very close to putting his faith in Christ', describing a spiritual conversation in which he'd shared 'all the evidence for God and Christianity' with the youngster.
That private moment was soon available to millions, with insiders reporting that Melania felt that the family's intimate life had been 'betrayed'.
"Melania exploded when she heard about it," one source said. "This isn't just disappointment — it's fury."
"Melania has always tried to shield Barron from the spotlight," another source explained. "His moment might have been innocent, but the betrayal? Devastating."
It's impressive that Melania has managed to shield Barron from the media so much in recent years, especially considering he stands at the impressive height of six foot nine, but even as he reaches adulthood, it seems clear that his mother doesn't want him involved when it comes to the media.

The images that were leaked of him with his father at Mar-A-Lago quickly became controversial and unsurprisingly, the club stood with the First Lady.
Members who were caught taking snaps of the teenager could be banned from the club, as the source said: "The message was clear: no cameras, no leaks. Private family moments stay private."
His mother's protectiveness is not the only reason why Barron could avoid conscription to the US army amid the ongoing war with Iran, as the hashtag SendBarron continues to trend on social media following his father's dismissive reaction to the US soldiers who have sadly died in the conflict.
It turns out that Barron is so tall he goes above military limits, and he certainly wouldn't be great for any stealth operations.
