Sharay 'The Punisher' Hayes took to the stand as part of the hip-hop mogul's trial

Warning: This article contains discussion of sexual harassment and domestic violence which some readers may find distressing

The male escort referred to as 'The Punisher' has opened up on everything he witnessed at Diddy's infamous 'freak off' parties.

Disgraced hip-hop mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs is currently on trial in New York accused of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution – all of which he has strongly denied and pleaded not guilty to.

The trial is now reaching its final days after detailed testimonies from Combs' former long-term partner Cassie Ventura, Kid Cudi, an ex-girlfriend referred to as 'Jane' and a male escort known as 'The Punisher'.

Following the conclusion of his testimony, The Punisher - real name Sharay Hayes - has spoken out about his experience of being involved in numerous 'freak off' parties with Cassie and Diddy in a new interview with The Telegraph.

Everything Sharay 'The Punisher' Hayes claims to have witnessed at Diddy 'freak off' parties

Hayes said he first came into contact with Combs and Ventura back in 2012, when he received a call requesting entertainment from a male dancer.

Working as an exotic dancer at the time, Hayes travelled to the agreed location - Trump International Hotel - and soon discovered the booking would require something completely different to dancing.

"She immediately explained to me that she was not looking for a dance performance," he claimed, adding: "She wanted to set up this sexy scene where we would sit on couches adjacent from each other and put baby oil on in a sexy manner, and at some point her husband would come out and watch."

After Hayes, now 51, agreed to be involved in the scene, he and Ventura began applying baby oil to each other. Moments later Combs entered the room.

Hayes revealed that he wasn't aware of the hip-hop producer's real identity at the time, as he was wearing a face covering, and would only learn it was Combs after 15 months of working for the couple.

Hayes' true feelings on the 'freak off' parties

Recalling how he felt performing in the 'freak off' scenes, Hayes explained that he'd found the entire thing 'strange' and felt it was clearly something which was Combs' 'preference'.

Hayes received a request from the couple to perform the same scene several months later, which is when he and Ventura initially had sex.

He was invited back 'eight to 12 times' for sessions, which would last for a minimum of four hours, and paid between $1,200 (£873) to $2,000 (£1,456).

His last interaction with the couple was in 2015.

Hayes also revealed that he never personally witnessed Combs behave aggressively towards Ventura and that she didn't appear to be forced to partake in the acts.

However he has since said he wishes to apologise to the 38-year-old for his role in the 'freak offs'.

Hayes' claims about Cassie during the 'freak offs'

He'd previously spoken about how Ventura would sometimes 'wince' or 'sigh' in response to the directions given to them by Combs.

Hayes added that he wasn't aware he was being filmed, saying the footage played to jurors came as a 'surprise' to him.

The former dancer also said that he wasn't aware that he was 'one of many' hired by the couple.

“I never saw any video or anything to that degree. So, my first reaction is just shocked that something is out there," he previously told MailOnline.
