Mary Trump has issued a new scathing attack on her uncle, saying the US President is 'an empty, unloved man'.
A psychologist, author, and political commentator, Mary has been a fierce critic of her uncle ever since he entered the White House, and her recent comments during an interview with journalist Steven Beschloss are no different.
When asked about Donald Trump's appearance at the recent G7 summit in France, Mary was quizzed about the president's physical appearance, which she claimed was evidence of a physical decline.
"He may still have moments when he appears more coherent, but psychically he’s in a downward spiral," she said.

Mary then went on to share what she believed to be her uncle's biggest fear: humiliation.

"He’s experiencing constant narcissistic injuries, and nothing terrifies Donald more than humiliation," she continued.
"The problem for him is that nobody humiliates Donald more effectively than Donald humiliates himself."
Ouch.
In response to Mary's comments, White House Communications Director Steven Cheung called her a 'stone cold loser' who 'doesn't have a clue about anything'.
"Her entire worth as a human being is predicated on spewing lies about President Trump in a sad attempt to stay relevant," he added.
The state of Trump's physical health has been a major talking point throughout his second term in office, with the 80-year-old previously being diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency after being spotted with bruised hands and swollen legs.
He was also spotted with a large neck rash back in March, while a former lawyer to the POTUS has alleged that he is experiencing cognitive decline.

Just yesterday, Trump caused confusion after sharing a Father's Day post honouring a 'great daughter' alongside the photo of a woman with no relation to him.
Shared on his Truth Social account, the now-deleted post featured a photo of a woman who was neither Ivanka or Tiffany Trump, alongside the caption: "Great daughter, My Honor!!! President DJT."
It was later agreed that the woman in the photo was most likely Margo Casimatidis, the wife of billionaire and vocal Trump supporter, John Catsimatidis, and appeared to be taken at Camp David during the Clinton administration.

However, the White House has fiercely hit back against speculation over President Trump's health.
Back in May, the president's doctor revealed the president was in overall 'excellent health' following the results of a recent medical, with physician Dr Sean Barbabella saying Trump scored 30 out of 30 on a cognitive impairment test.
