The niece of Donald Trump has raised serious concerns about his health as she claims that the president is 'losing it'.

It's been a turbulent few months since the 79-year-old returned to the Oval Office, with plenty of policies that have inspired debate, whether it be the 'Liberation Day' tariffs, which almost kickstarted a trade war, or his crackdown on immigration, which inspired riots in LA and saw thousands of living people officially classified as dead.

Trump is officially the oldest elected president in history, and while he's long waxed lyrical about his good health, concerns were raised last month when he was spotted with bruising on his hand and swelling in his legs, with the White House later confirming that he was suffering from chronic venous insufficiency.

But now his niece Mary, who has long been critical of the president and his political beliefs, has suggested that his mental health may also be on the decline, as she spoke in a YouTube video about recent strange signs such as him appearing on the roof of the White House and his plans to put a nuclear reactor on the moon.

The psychologist and writer said: "We've all become used to the fact that every time Donald stumbles, rambles, forgets people's names, wanders off the stage, or just pulls made-up facts out of thin air, in other words, lies, people on the right pass it off as if these are just fun little quirks of their dear leader and not the fact that every single day Donald Trump appears to be losing it."

She then referred to Trump appearing on the White House roof on Tuesday afternoon, which left journalists baffled, although we've come to expect the unexpected when it comes to the US president.

Mary said: "There he was on the roof of the White House in the middle of a Tuesday afternoon, doing what exactly. Nobody knows. I don't believe he knows.

"Maybe he was looking for his health care plan up there. I don't think we really needed much more evidence that Donald is in cognitive decline and clearly emotional and psychological decline, but we have more now," Mary continued."

Meanwhile, US media is reporting that NASA are fast-tracking plans to build a nuclear reactor on the Moon by 2030, as they aim to make the lunar object habitable for humans, in what could prove to be another space race with China and Russia.

Mary added: "Honestly, the only thing I can say at this point is what the actual f***. Because we can't pretend that any of this is okay, that any of it is acceptable anymore. This is dangerous.

"We have the president of the United States on a roof for no reason that anybody's aware of, talking about nuclear reactors on the moon.

She speculated that the president could even be displaying symptoms of a specific type of dementia. "He is deteriorating cognitively. He is deteriorating psychologically. Could it be something like frontotemporal dementia? Could it simply be cognitive decline due to his advanced age and very poor physical health?

"Again, not mutually exclusive and I'm not saying it's one thing or another because I don't have access to him, but I'm a human being who observes things and nobody, nobody who's telling the truth would say that any of this is normal or acceptable."
