The Trump administration has claimed that their country is behind a secretive programme that was once considered to be nothing more than a conspiracy.

It may sound dramatic, but this idea, widely dismissed as a conspiracy theory, was recently mentioned by none other than US Health Secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr.

Known as the 'chemtrail' conspiracy, the Trump administration has publicly spoken about the idea a number of times.

It essentially suggests that the government is choosing to spray dangerous chemicals from commercial airplanes on purpose to make people ill.

While this has been heavily disproven by scientists and experts alike, as they explain that the 'condensation trails', also known as 'contrails' in the sky are as a result of water vapour let off from plane engines that freeze into ice crystals.

This is a result of the cold air at high altitudes, but RFK Jr is not convinced.

In an interview with Dr Phil on Tuesday (29 April), Kennedy claimed: "Those materials are put in jet fuel,

"I'm going to do everything in my power to stop it. Find out who's doing it and holding them accountable."

Kennedy was answering an audience member's question, after they suggested that chemtrails, or stratospheric aerosol injections, were her largest worries when considering public health.

He added that the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) also wasn't responsible for allegedly spraying the chemicals into the atmosphere, but made a suggestive comment on who might have done.

"That is not happening in my agency," he claimed.

"You know, we don't do that. It's done — we think — by DARPA."

DAPRA is known as the Pentagon's secretive innovation agency, who leads the research for defense purposes among other things, such as medical technology and AI. LADbible has contacted DARPA for a comment.

It's not the first time RFK Jr has spoken about chemtrails, saying on his podcast back in 2023 that it is 'kind of frightening to think that somebody may be putting large amounts of bioavailable aluminum into the environment, spraying it in microscopic particulates from airplanes'.

As well as this, Kennedy also commented on the UK government's ideas to fight climate change as a crime on social media.

They recently announced plans to combat it by dimming the sun, which would involve stratospheric aerosol injections or the brightening of clouds to help reflect sunshine.

Taking to X, he stated: "We will soon end this crime against humanity and our planet and bring justice to the plutocrats who are perpetrating this mass uncontrolled experiment."

Just last week, the UK government's Advanced Research and Invention Agency revealed that it had over $66 million (£49.5 million) set aside for projects which are yet to be publicly announced.
