The Peoria Unified School District has issued an update after TikToker and actor Noah Beck's mother, Amy Beck, was put on paid administrative leave from Coyote Hills Elementary School earlier this week.
According to ABC15, a letter to parents updating them about the situation reads as follows: "Dear Coyote Hills Second Grade Families,
"The purpose of this communication is to inform you that Mrs. Beck will be returning to the classroom on Monday, May 4. Thank you for your patience and understanding during the past several days as a substitute assisted in ensuring our students received quality education and support.
"While we cannot discuss the specifics of her leave, please know that the district’s investigation concluded that Mrs. Beck’s actions outside of the workplace did not interfere with her ability to fulfill her teaching responsibilities. Additionally, appropriate follow-up measures have been taken in accordance with Governing Board Policy.

"We recognize and greatly value the trust you place in our staff and school. Providing a safe, supportive, and respectful learning environment for all students remains our highest priority. We expect all staff members to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and character, both within and beyond the classroom, with an understanding of the impact their actions may have on the school community.
"I recognize there has been an increase in media coverage surrounding the district’s investigation. If you have any questions or concerns, I urge you to reach out to our administrative team."

Beck was placed on leave following an explicit video from 2020 which resurfaced online. Thanks to son Noah's viral fame on TikTok, the Arizona-based family were also flung into the spotlight, with Beck regularly featuring in her son's videos.
In the clip, Beck and her son allegedly lip-sync to Jay Rock’s track ‘Kings Dead’ which has explicit lyrics about oral sex. During this, Noah is reported to have allegedly pushed his mum’s head down, seemingly miming a sex act.
In a message to the families of Amy’s students, the district explained that the teacher was placed on leave ‘out of an abundance of caution’ while insisting that ‘this matter does not impact the safety of our students’.

Noah's sister, Haley Beck was also placed on administrative leave in August last year after allegations she had sex with a teenage student.
She was terminated from her role following the school district’s investigation, finding over 4,000 texts between Haley and the student from 21 June to 2 August 2025.
Her lawyer said in a statement: “Ms. Beck respects the criminal justice process and looks forward to the conclusion of the investigation, which will reveal she committed no crimes.”
LADbible has previously contacted Noah’s reps for comment from the family.
