The woman who used Gorilla Glue on her hair has now lopped off her ponytail as she continues with the painful process of getting the adhesive out.
Tessica Brown went viral after she shared a TikTok video explaining she had decided to use the super-strong glue on her hair after running out of her usual styling product.

Poor Tessica ended up having to make a trip to A&E after spending a month fruitlessly trying to remove the glue herself with tea tree oil and coconut oil.
In a new update, Tessica has taken further steps to get rid of her glued barnet once and for all, with her and pal using a superglue remover and a pair of scissors to cut away some of her hair.
In the clip, Tessica's friend is able to get the ponytail gooey and malleable enough to start cutting off parts with scissors.

Her friend says: "We've been using acetone every day trying to soften it up.
"It kind of feels like it may have softened up a bit, but we're going to use this [Goof Off]. We have some on here already but I'm going to add a little more and then we're just going to cut this whole ponytail off and try to let it breathe a little bit."
However, their efforts didn't appear to make much of a difference.
After the ponytail comes off, Tessica's friend says: "I was able to get the ponytail off, but it's still not opening it up as you all can see.

"It's still kind of hardened so we're not letting the air in too much, but there's a little opening right there. So she might get a little bit of air out of there but not much because it's still pretty hard."
According to TMZ, it looks as though Tessica might have to take a trip to Los Angeles to meet up with a doctor who has kindly offered to help out.
Dr Michael Obeng told LADbible Tessica had taken him up on his offer to remove the glue in a treatment that is believed to take two or three days.

The procedure would usually cost $12,500 (£9,079), but Dr Obeng feels so bad for Tessica that he's agreed to do it at no cost.
In the now infamous TikTok video, Tessica explained: "For those of you that know me know that my hair has been like this for about a month now. It's not by choice. No, it's not by choice.
"When I do my hair, I like to finish it off with a little Göt2b Glued Spray - you know, just to keep it in place.

"Well, I didn't have any more Göt2b Glued Spray, so I used this: Gorilla Glue spray. Bad, bad, bad idea. My hair, it don't move. You hear what I'm telling you? It. Don't. Move.
"I've washed it 15 times and it don't move."
After her clip went viral, Tessica set up a GoFundMe to help cover the costs she incurred from the mishap.
Tessica set a target of $1,500 but in just three days has already pulled in more than $17,500 (£12,600) in donations.
Gorilla Glue has since responded to her dilemma and offered a bit of advice.
The company said: "The less aggressive solvent for her hair/scalp would be rubbing alcohol to try and saturate her hair and then gently comb it out and shampoo."
The company went on to say that, as Tessica's hair has been stuck for some time now, it's most 'likely fractured at the root', adding that Gorilla Glue staff 'certainly hope for the best'.
