A new series of images from Jeffrey Epstein's island have been released by Democrats on the US House Oversight Committee, with them calling it 'a harrowing look behind Epstein's closed doors'.
These latest images and videos were taken on Little Saint James, Epstein's own private island, and they include a look at various rooms in his house, as well as a 'NO TRESPASSING' sign on the beach.
Epstein is no longer around to shed any light on the situation as the convicted sex offender died in 2019, but many are hoping that the release of files from the investigation into his affairs will help reveal what he was doing.
Among them is a picture of a blackboard with various words written on it which has left people wondering what it's all supposed to mean.

Scrawled on the blackboard are the words 'power', 'fin', 'phy', 'intellectual', 'political', 'plants', 'deception', 'mirror in face', 'truth', 'time', 'music' and 'appears!'. Other words have been redacted.

These scribbled words have left plenty confused as to their meaning, but some have come up with suggestions as to what it's meant to mean.
One theory is that the board is a rough guide on 'how to influence the world', starting with 'power' which on the board is then connected to the words 'fin', 'phy', 'intellectual' and political'.

That would mean financial, physical, intellectual and political power, things which at the height of his crimes Epstein had in spades as he made major connections with various wealthy and powerful individuals while being able to afford his own island and private jet.
People reckoned that 'the biggest words all revolve around power and deception' so they thought that might indicate Epstein's blueprint for gaining as much influence as he did.
The man ingratiated himself with many famous faces and cultivated relationships with people who had influence of their own.
Confusingly, a leaked picture of the same blackboard appeared to show some of the redacted words, with one of them appearing to be 'dark brain' or 'dank brain'.

Reddit users were baffled, with one writing: "I have no idea why these things were redacted."

Further revelations about Epstein are expected later this month after a vote to release the remaining files passed through the US House with strong support.
The US Department of Justice has until 19 December to release all of the files, though they could be released sooner.
Like the files which have already been released there will be plenty of details redacted, especially where names are concerned.

They can also withhold documents that 'would jeopardize an active federal investigation or ongoing prosecution, provided that such withholding is narrowly tailored and temporary'.
Bits of the Epstein files which would also violate the privacy of his victims or contained sensitive material such as child abuse can also be withheld.
