AI creates what the 'ideal British man and woman' looks like and it will leave people divided

This is apparently what you should be aiming for, lads

Ah, the ideal man and woman. We all have our own opinion on what they look like. Perhaps they both have dark hair, sun-kissed faces and spot-free skin.

Or maybe it’s as simple as you don’t imagine them wearing glasses and the bloke’s got a perfectly trimmed beard - not too long, not too short.

Either way, however you imagine them looking, it’s likely different to what everyone else thinks.

But the work of AI has created just what the 'ideal' Brits look like, and it’ll probably leave people divided. Its creation of what the ‘average man’ in the UK’s major cities were brutal enough and the average worker for each job split opinions.

So, lads, remember the idea of someone looking the 'ideal' way is totally subjective - no point beating yourself up because you don’t look how technology of all things think you should.

The 'ideal British man'

Midjourney created this image for a commission by health and beauty company NordChem.

And apparently the ideal British man is a white bloke with a tanned face and freckles over his nose and cheekbones.

Looking particularly chiselled and with a flag behind him, it almost looks like a promo shot for the Olympics.

He’s got short brown hair with a curled little quiff at the front and rather thick, striking eyebrows. Plus, rather than a full beard or clean shave, he’s got just enough stubble for his facial hair to be noticed with a very carved out moustache.

With his light-green eyes, apparently, you’ve got to look like a bit of a model to be the 'ideal British man'.

The 'ideal British woman'

Well, AI seems to think the ideal woman in the UK is also white but with a rather interesting hair style.

Not exactly what is considered ‘perfect’ in most stereotypes and societal ideas, this women's got half the top of her hair dyed a little gingery colour. And then the bottom, wispy half is bleached blonde, almost white. I’m not sure she’d get away with that on Instagram nowadays.

Hairdo aside, she’s got very pink lips and seems to go for a natural makeup look with high cheekbones and freckled cheeks. She’s also sporting some bold brows and wears an interesting looking hat over her two-toned hair.

She doesn’t look too different to Margot Robbie if you squint - who ironically, is Aussie.
