A diagnosed sociopath has explained her inner monologue and why it apparently tells her to harm other people.

The woman, who goes by ‘Delta’ on social media, shared a TikTok to share details of her condition and what happens when she is emotionally triggered by feeling powerless.

While that is ‘the number one thing that hurts her’, she says her other triggers include betrayal, people acting aggressively towards her, or being dominated by someone.

The NHS doesn’t necessarily officially diagnose people as sociopaths, but instead with antisocial personality disorder (ASPD). The same goes for psychopaths.

Delta says she has been professionally diagnosed with both ASPD and narcissistic personality disorder (NPD).

“Why the f*** am I the one diagnosed with NPD and ASPD and expected to change when the majority of society is inherently selfish, vile, disgusting, and worthless?” she slammed in a voiceover.

“Everybody is out for themselves, nobody actually cares about other people.”

Her inner monologue begins with a similar contempt for society, the intentions of other people and the lack of justice she’s experienced throughout her life.

“My entire life has been chronic mistreatment, abuse, neglect, and injustice,” she explained in a video. “I have never gotten justice for anything I went through, and I continue to not get justice for anything I go through.”

Speaking as her inner monologue, she said: “Society is what made me this way in the first place, my environment is what made me this way, and I have a right to take that out on anybody else who I see fit.

“Why the hell should I respect other people? They don't deserve my respect. In fact, they deserve to be bulldozed over by me. They deserve to be used and exploited, because they're f**king worthless.”

It also continued that she has a ‘right to be sadistic’ after everything she’s experienced and she doesn’t ‘give a f**k what other people have to say about that’.

“I have gone through so much s*** in my life and I deserve to do whatever the f*** I need to do to feel better,” she said.

“I've suffered more than enough and don't deserve it, and I want to make other people suffer.”

Delta does warn her viewers that the example of her inner monologue is particularly ‘toxic and symptomatic’.
