A man has been applauded online for his 'petty' act of revenge against a driver who parked across two spaces in a busy car park.

Parking wars is something that has gone on for many a year, with many unique acts of revenge taking place over some time.

Some are funnier than others, though this particular act of revenge is surely up there as one of the best.

The anonymous driver, who goes by the name of TheRockingChar on Reddit, posted a picture of a Volvo vehicle parked terribly in what the user described as an 'extremely full car park'.

In fact, the driver ditched his vehicle right in between two spaces, meaning anyone else was unable to park their car next to the Volvo.

But rather than just moving along the car park to find another space, he had a plan for the driver.

While some might leave a note telling them how bad they are at parking, he instead went for a fairly different approach to the situation.

Writing in the post's caption, they explained: "In an extremely full car park I found this guy taking two places to himself.

"Left him a colouring book to help him learn to stay inside the lines."

Yep, a colouring book - that really is a unique one!

Captioning a photo of the colouring book on the driver's car, The RockingChar added that he also left a little note which read: "This is to help you stay inside the lines xoxo."

And the post has gone viral on Reddit, with many applauding the driver for the ultimate act of revenge.

But first, one Reddit user asked: "Do you often carry a colouring book at all times for such an occasion?" to which the driver responded: "So, I actually saw another car park horribly in this same car park last summer and before coming back to mob car I bought the book for him, but alas, he had gone.

"Well, it has been waiting for such a prat to appear ever since and today was its lucky day."

This led to another Reddit user commenting underneath saying: "You are so petty. Respect."

Meanwhile, another user had an idea to take the act of revenge one step further, writing: "Best prank ever would be to paint the white line up and over the Volvo corresponding with the line on the ground."

Now that is pretty brutal.
