Jonathan has been doing squats and hip thrusts to be the best man he can.

Some people still believe in saving themselves until they're married.

While loads of individuals might just wait until they find the right person, others take it a step further and refuse to sleep with said person until they tie the knot.

There's a bunch of reasons why they do this but it can put a bit of pressure on the couple once the wedding is over as they finally get to make the beast with two backs.

But Jonathan Louis wants to make sure he's ready.

The devout Christian has been hitting the gym hard so he's prepared for any type of love-making.

He and fiancée Naya Ford have never been intimate with each other since they met in July last year.

The 24-year-old bloke popped the question to his 23-year-old girlfriend in May this year and they're set to walk down the aisle in 2025.

"As Christians, we believe your body is a temple and that in marriage, a man and wife give each other their bodies," Jonathan said.

"So I want to give her my best and make sure she likes what she sees.

"I believe the first time will be an experience, with all the excitement of the wedding planning and the marriage.

"Our first night will be the cherry on top!"

He's been doing things like squats and hip thrusts to get his body in the best shape for all those exciting things you do in the sheets.

Naya added: "I've been in the gym getting ready too, and Jonathan has been helping me.

"For me it's wedding day prep as much as honeymoon prep - I have got to look good in my dress.

"But I'm definitely looking forward to our first time together as well - this waiting isn't fun."

Jonathan admits it's been tough abstaining from anything naughty since he met Naya.

"If we go for a late night out, we decide to meet up somewhere in the middle of us both so we're not tempted to sleep over because of a long journey home," he said.

"Also what helps is an honest conversation - admitting 'I'm horny and you're horny' can help to relieve the tension."

Not only has Jonathan been lifting iron, but he's also been eating supplements like sea moss, horny goat weed, maca root and ashwagandha because they supposedly help in the bedroom and increase libido.
