Guests checking in to the Hedonism II in Negril, Jamaica, are not expecting a relaxing beach holiday.
Marketed as the 'world’s best sex hotel', the adults-only resort has been open since 1981, providing a clothing-optional experience with like-minded people.
From dungeon playrooms to oral sex lessons, the hotel also allows guests to walk around naked by the six pools, or to enjoy a nude hot tub and beach area.
More recently, there's also been a sex-themed gym available thanks to couple April and Scott Shirley, who run a sex-themed gym, aptly named Naughty Gym, in Alabama, US together.

Their fitness and wellness event with a sexual twist has been held at Hedonism II since 2023.
Scott, 53, who has been married to April, 47, for five years, told The Sun: "We've tried to bring, for our workout week, a little less of a focus on the parties, even though we bring educators from all over the world to come in and talk about different sexual topics and relationship issues.

"Some of them are vanilla issues about dealing with jealousy or communication, and then some of them are as X-rated as demonstrations on how to give good oral sex."
April also revealed: "During our week, we have a sex therapist who comes in and she will have classes on how to implement better techniques. And they’ll have a person that they are demonstrating on.

"This is in a place called the Kama Sutra Palace. It's a building and there are mattresses in there.

"These are experts who have been doing this for years, and they show you how to think outside the box.
"They have an afternoon pool party and then they have a late-night pool party that typically goes to 2am or 3am in the morning."
Notably, Scott said that there are more private areas for people who don't want to get involved in the parties during the day and at night.

He claims 'it can be as mild or as wild as you want it to be'.

And in case you're wondering, there are apparently one or two Brits roaming around, as Scott claims 'every country is represented'.
"It attracts people who are looking for a release from their everyday life, tucking in who they really are. They can come here, and they can have really open conversations," April added.
"Within 5 to 10 minutes of meeting somebody there, you're going to start having a conversation that you cannot have in any other part of your life, because people are going to work and they're hiding who they really are."
