A woman who was once known as the world's most beautiful girl has spoken about her health, years after entering the public spotlight.
Thylane Blondeau is a French model with over 6.9 million followers on Instagram, and has worked with the likes of Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, and Hugo Boss, just to name a few.
But around 20 years ago, she made her first appearance on the catwalk, aged just four, a year after being handpicked by fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier.

She was chosen for her striking facial features as a toddler, and even featured on the cover photo for Vogue Enfants in 2006, which garnered praise from readers and resulted in a glittering career in the modelling industry.

The daughter of former Premier League footballer Patrick Blondeau, Thylane would receive the 'most beautiful' title and even posed for Vogue Paris at 10, making history as it's youngest ever model.
Today, Blondeau, 24, has long, dark hair and still models for some of the world's biggest designer brands.
As she has got older, the model has been more open with the media too, revealing in 2021 that she had undergone surgeries following issues with her ovarian cysts.

Taking to social media, she said a cyst 'exploded in her stomach'.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, she said: “From this experience I’ve learned that when you’re body hurts, don’t let it slide and take care of it, you must see different doctors until some of them find the problem and heal it.

“Any pain, even the little ones, can hide something way more important.”

Blondeau also has a hair care brand called Enalyht and reportedly has a clothing line called Heaven May Clothing.
While she has been complimented on her looks all her life, the model has kept both feet on the ground.

In a 2018 interview with The Telegraph, she said: “People are like, ‘You know, you’re the most beautiful girl in the world’, and you’re like, ‘I’m not, I’m just playing with my iPad’.
“Even today, people are like, ‘You are the most beautiful girl’, and I’m like, ‘No, I’m still not, I’m just a human being, a teenager',” she admitted to the publication.

It's fair to say that she's filled her dad's boots when it comes to success, as footie star Blondeau enjoyed a six-month stint in the Premier League with Sheffield Wednesday in 1997 before returning for a season in the second tier with Watford in 2001.
