A former Australian footballer has claimed his secret to staying ripped at 50 with four kids is sex, and wondrous amounts of it.
As his 50th birthday approaches, Travers 'Candyman' Beynon has revealed how he drinks up to seven litres of water a day and has sex up to ten times per-week to maintain his youthful looks.
Beynon's PR team refer to him as 'a multi-millionaire playboy, successful serial entrepreneur, husband, generous boyfriend to various women, doting father to 4 children, fitness fanatic, supercar collector, race car driver, and CEO of FREECHOICE'.
Beynon said: "I owe a lot of my success to the dedication to good eating and training habits over many years, never allowing excuses not to train or eat poorly.

Beynon told LADbible about his extreme daily routine involving 3am starts and a breakfast of pure, unadulterated rice.
His first gym session starts at 4:30am and lasts for up to 90 minutes.
He then fits in a cardio session after a morning in the office before an hour or two working in his home office.
Sometimes's he switches the cardio session for a bike ride and moves his strength training session to the afternoon.
Beynon lives at the 'Candy Shop Mansion' with wife Taesha Beynon and his other girlfriend Nisha Downes.
At some points he's been known to have up to six women live with him and his wife to participate in their polyamorous relationship.
Benyon also admitted to eating a very strict meal plan to support the sex and intense daily workouts he's been doing consistently since 13.
He said: "I range between 2500 calories or 4500 calories each day, depending on how lean I want my body to be.
"These calories are broken up into Macros - ensuring I have the right amount of Carbs, Proteins and fats."
He only allows himself one 'cheat meal' per-week to break up the rice breakfasts (which we can only imagine he eats dry to avoid the water calories.)
He said: "Every Sunday night. We eat KFC, followed by donuts and then lots of chocolates in our cinema as we watch a movie together as a family. This is a family tradition that we have been doing for many years”
And it's not too difficult to guess what follows that family tradition once the kiddies are all tucked up in bed...
