A man who was driving through a cemetery stumbled across a terrifying discovery in his Tesla.
While some of us might enjoy a little horror when it's so close to Halloween, most would prefer to steer well clear of anything remotely scary, other-worldly or extra-terrestrial when it comes to real life.
Unless you're a paranormal investigator or spirit medium, you're unlikely to come across ghosts on a regular basis, but it seems as if Tesla owners are now going to be added to that exclusive list of those able to experience or speak to people beyond the grave.
Elon Musk might not have worked out a way to get his Tesla cars to speak with the dead just yet but the world's richest man was probably still a little shocked when he heard of one Tesla owner's haunting experience driving through a cemetery.

In case you're not a car expert, Teslas are able to display information about nearby objects - including pedestrians and other vehicles - on the central display screen thanks to a number of special sensors.
According to the Tesla website, "Eight cameras and powerful vision processing provide 360 degrees of visibility, detecting nearby objects like pedestrians, bicyclists and vehicles."
And in this particular case, despite there being nobody outside the car that the human eyes could see, the Tesla was registering several human-shaped figures on the screen.
If you're familiar with that one classic Doctor Who episode where the ghosts turn into Cybermen, then you'll have a good idea of what the images look like, but you can see in the TikTok below exactly what we mean.
And it seems as if there still isn't a real explanation to this one, with people on Reddit experiencing similar problems, with some suggesting it might be an issue with the technology whereas others seem to think Musk might have put it in deliberately as an Easter Egg to startle his own customers. You certainly wouldn't put it past him.

But it seems most likely that the Tesla is misinterpreting things such as tombstones and instead suggesting that they might be pedestrians, but either way, you don't want to crash into them.
The only way to find out for sure is to get a Tesla and head to a cemetery yourself, although that might be a rather expensive way of doing something that a medium might be more qualified for.
