Steph's Packed Lunch returns this Monday lunchtime with a range of guests from the music world lined up this week.
The show, which is hosted by ex-BBC Breakfast presenter Steph McGovern live from Leeds, brings a mixture of entertainment and lifestyle with a range of celebrity guests.
Steph McGovern left BBC Breakfast in October 2019 to host the new daytime TV show on Channel 4. But sometimes the journalist still shines through. Back in July, Joe Lycett appeared to storm off the set of her new show after Steph called him out for having a plastic bottle in a photo of him in his garden after he said he'd cut single use plastics out of his home. He said: "I didn't realise this was Newsnight."

Also joining Steph from Strictly, John Whaite will be on to reveal what's next for him after the show.
Meanwhile, Dr Rangan Chatterjee will be sharing tips on how to make the most of every day.
Finally, comedian Luke Kempner shares his experience of staying at the UK's first naturist hotel - hopefully not too much is shared, this is a lunchtime show.
