Amanda Holden calls out 'wokery and snowflakes' on BGT as she praises paedophile joke comedian

Amanda Holden has hit out at the 'woke' mob again following a stand-up comedian's routine.

Markus Birdman took to the stage this week as he attempted to wow the judges and make it into the final of Britain's Got Talent.

But while Simon Cowell gave him the red buzzer, the comic's routine on Wednesday (31 May) night certainly left an impression on Holden, who was bowled over by his dark humour.

"You don’t know fatherly pride until you see your then-13 year old daughter play a ‘lady of the night’ and absolutely nail it," he told the audience.

Birdman went on: "Any women here? I no longer make jokes at the expense of women, which is a shame, because I had some really good ones."

Elsewhere in his routine, Birdman discussed the idea of 'following your dreams', joking: "Dreams are like children, if you follow them too long, people get very suspicious."

Closing his routine, Birdman talked about suffering a stroke, taking aim at judge Bruno Tonioli, saying: "A few years ago I could barely string a sentence together and it’s really great for Bruno to recreate that for me this evening."

Following his performance, Holden was full of praise for the funny man and couldn't help herself from having a pop at the woke snowflakes out there.

"For all the wokery and all the snowflakes out there, I applaud you because this is the way forward not the other way," she told him. "Well done."

I mean, this shouldn't be much of a surprise to anyone following her comments about Paul O'Grady following his death.

And plenty watching back at home were not down with her schtick.

"Watched ten minutes of #BGT for the first time in about a decade and that was long enough to Amanda Holden flap her hands about “woke snowflakes”, good to know I’ve missed absolutely nothing," said one viewer.

Another commented: "Amanda Holden though. Just genuinely thick as pg s***. No talent. No integrity. Just a tedious boring woman that clearly has something on Simon to still have this job. 16 years she’s been doing this. Baffling #BGT."

"Amanda Holden needs to know that being woke just means not being a hateful c**t," added a third.

Not everyone was so upset by her remarks, though.

Some took to social media to praise Holden for standing up to the tofu-eating wokerati.

"Excellent from Amanda Holden on BGT tonight," said one fan. "I bet the woke ITV execs hated this being broadcast on live television to millions of viewers."

While someone else added: "I see that Amanda Holden seems to have triggered loads of woke snowflakes."

She really is fighting the good fight.
