The award-winning Sky Original is back for a sixth series and it’s set to be just as raucous, just as outrageous, and just as hilarious as ever.

Following an explosive end to the fifth series (no spoilers here), the gang are back, and trying to get their lives back on track. But with kids, marriages and new love interests on the horizon, are the gang actually … growing up? Well, sort of, but don’t worry, this is Brassic, so there’ll always be an outrageous heist to bring everyone back together.

If you’re (somehow) yet to experience the magic of Brassic, here’s what you need to know.. With a stellar cast starring the likes of Michelle Keegan, Joseph Gilgun, Dominic West and Ryan Sampson, Brassic follows the wild escapades of a group of mates in Hawley, a town in a forgotten corner of northern England. Led by Vinnie, the gang have been through it all together, from stealing little horses to countless heists. It's a show full of dodgy dealings, ridiculous schemes, and a whole lot of heart.

And now is your chance to catch up, as the first four series have recently been added to Netflix, ready and waiting for you to binge at your heart’s content. Plus, series 5 is also available to stream over on Sky and NOW.

Talking about her excitement for the upcoming series, Michelle says: “You know what? It never, ever gets old, ever. It’s still such a loved show. It’s sort of an institution now. I get stopped all the time by different members of the public. Doesn’t matter what age, whether they’re from the north or the south. People just seem to love Brassic. So, for me, it’s like a new year, new era, I’m just excited for people to see it.”

Since the series was added to Netflix, fans old and new have been going mad for it, with Brassic reaching number 4 in the Netflix UK Top 10. And you can understand why, with Brassic rated an impressive 8.4 on IMDB and receiving a huge 4.9 stars from Sky viewers.

And series 6 could be the wildest ride yet. Michelle said: "The heists become bigger, the stakes are higher, and this one is definitely a lot more dangerous. There's a lot more at stake. There's a real emotional thread running through this whole series."

What will the gang get up to in series 6? Well, with man-eating crocodiles, a naked cult and even a heist of the FA Cup all to look forward to, we’ll be ready and waiting as soon as Brassic lands on Thursday 26th September. In the meantime, you'll find us rewatching series 5 over on Sky and NOW.

Series 6 is available 26 September on Sky, the Home of Brassic, or stream instantly on NOW. Find out more at sky.com/brassic.
