Instagrammers reckon they've found Megan Fox's doppelganger in the form of Brazilian model, singer and businesswoman Claudia Alende.
Alende became known in Brazil in 2014 after she competed in the Miss BumBum pageant, which seeks to find Brazil's best backside.

Just 21 at the time, Alende managed to finish second in the competition behind Indianara Carvalho, but while she didn't win, the pageant still led to modelling offers from famous fitness and fashion brands.
Now aged 25, Alende resides in Los Angeles, having also released her debut single 'I'm Good at Being Bad' in December 2017. She then followed this up with another, 'Spotlight', in August 2018.
On top of all that, Alende has a whopping 10 million followers on Instagram - millions more than Transformers star Megan Fox, who has 6.4 million. Mind you, over on Facebook, Alende trails behind at 7.8 million, compared to Fox's army of 48 million.
Not that it's a competition or anything, of course, though if it was, people might be hard-pressed to tell the difference - with many social media users commenting to say just how much Alende looks like the famous actress.

"Whoops I thought this was Megan Fox," one Instagramer commented.
"For a second there I thought she was Megan Fox," someone else said.
"Is Megan your sis?" another asked.
To be fair, the two do look pretty damn similar, both sporting long dark hair, sparkling eyes and plump lips.
But there's one area where the similarities stop, and that's the thumbs - which Fox's fans literally can't seem to get over, after they noticed a while ago that they looked a bit 'squashed' or 'clubbed', and that they almost resembled toes rather than thumbs.

Fox has previously spoken about her thumbs, having a bit of a laugh with Jay Leno about them.
She appeared on his show to discuss her pregnancy at the time, where she explained she had told her mum she was really craving tuna - which pregnant people apparently can't eat because of the mercury.
"She was like 'Oh I ate tuna every day when I was pregnant with you'," Megan says, quoting her mother.
"They didn't know in the 80s about that and I was wondering that maybe that's what happened to my thumbs - why they're so, like, short."

Showing Leno her thumbs, she adds, sadly: "They're weird and they're really fat."

Alende's thumbs don't look particularly short, but she is a fan of super, super long nails - which, to me, look like much more of an issue. Just thinking about typing this story out on my laptop with those talons made my poor keyboard shudder.
