Amy Schumer has hit back at people accusing her of deleting all of her pictures off Instagram because they were pre-weight loss.
The Trainwreck actor, 44, has lost a reported 35 pounds after switching from Type-2 diabetes drug Ozempic, some three years ago, to Mounjaro without experiencing any major side effects.
“My hair is fuller, my skin is better, I have more energy. I want to ‘get down’ more, if you know what I mean,” she said on Instagram back in March, hinting at how it benefited her sex life.
“I’m talking about sex. So, yeah, that’s been great. Mounjaro’s been great.”

Schumer has been married to American chef Chris Fischer since 2018, and the pair share a six-year-old together.
Over the past few days, however, fans have noticed that the comedian deleted all of her Instagram pictures apart from one post of her in a red mini dress and a pair of black heels.

"I actually left my house tonight. Who’s proud? I’m feeling good and happy. Deleted my old pics for no reason!" she penned in the caption.
Addressing the negative speculation on Wednesday (12 November), Schumer accused the media of 'creating' a weight loss narrative and insisted that she has always been 'proud' of how she's looked.
"I have been working to be pain free and I finally am. My endometriosis is better. My back is healing. I no longer have Cushing syndrome so my face went back to normal," she wrote.

"I am grateful to be strong and healthy especially for my son.
"But your Instagram is not your identity it’s a curation of what you want the world to see and I feel great strong and beautiful and it’s been fun sharing that."
Schumer said her so-called 'weight loss journey' was more to do with her health, not what it said on the scales.
"I’m sure my weight will always fluctuate. I’m a perimenopausal woman on hrt meds," she added.

"Wishing you strength and self love on whatever path you’re on as long as it’s kind and respectful to all people. No matter their weight race or religion peace!"
Over in the comments, one fan wrote: "So glad to hear your endo is better!"
"Bravo! And well said," another added.
"All that matters is you’re feeling good. Keep shining," a third said.
A day later, Schumer followed her comments up with a comically unflattering picture of herself in the hospital with three fire emojis.
