Arnold Schwarzenegger's son doesn't appear in family photo as he takes separate snap with dad alone
Arnold Schwarzenegger’s family picture appears to snub one of his sons, leaving him to take a separate picture with his father on the red carpet.
Family dynamics can be rough, particularly when it comes to growing up with different living situations.
However, when everyone’s favourite Terminator showed up to the red carpet and his children were almost all together in one picture, questions were sure to be had.
The Schwarzeneggers were all there to celebrate their dad’s success as the premiere of season 2 of American action-comedy series FUBAR kicked off.

To commemorate the moment, Arnold, 77, posed on the red carpet with his children Katherine, Christina, Patrick, and Christopher, who he shares with ex-wife Maria Shriver.
Even Katherine’s husband, Chris Pratt, was in the pictures as all smiled into the cameras.
However, Arnold later posed with his son Joseph Baena, alone.
It’s a little odd to split siblings like that, but there’s a very good reason as to why this may have happened.
If you didn’t know, there was a majorly controversial moment around 27 years ago, when Arnold had an affair with the family’s housekeeper, Mildred Baena, whilst married to his wife.
The result was the birth of Joseph, who is now the half-brother to his four siblings.
So, the pictures were split to have the two sides of Arnold’s children shown.
While the pair smiled and posed for the cameras, there is a lot of tension in the background of all of this.
In 2011, Shriver filed for divorce from Arnold after a lengthy 25 years of marriage after his affair went public, and she revealed the sad details just this year.
In her new book called, I Am Maria, Shriver said that finding out about Arnold’s infidelity happened after both of her parents passed away.
“I was consumed with grief and wracked with confusion, anger, fear, sadness and anxiety,” she wrote of that time. “I was unsure now of who I was, where I belonged. Honestly, it was brutal, and I was terrified.”
Shriver added: “As I sat on my hotel room floor in the dark, alone with tears streaming down my face, I thought to myself: 'Maria, this doesn’t have to be the end of you'.”
While you might think that the siblings would be close considering they share the same father, it may not be true considering Joseph was previously snubbed during the first season premiere of their father’s TV show.
To add fuel to the speculations, in 2023, a source told Page Six that Joseph isn’t close with his half-siblings.
“The other kids don’t love Joe,” the insider alleged.
“It’s a shame as he’s a really good kid, and Arnold has always treated him like all his other kids - very fairly. But for whatever reason, the other kids take [the affair] out on Joe.”
Another thing that separates the siblings is that Joseph chooses to go by his mother’s name, telling Good Morning Britian: “I think the main thing is I’m trying to do things on my own.
“My family is very big in supporting from afar and not being so hands-on, I really appreciate that. I think it’s really important growing up as a man to do things on your own. To figure it out, that’s what I’ve been doing,” he added.
