People think Gordon Ramsay has made another dig at son-in-law Adam Peaty's family following the major wedding fallout.
Last month the Olympic swimmer tied the knot with Holly Ramsay, an event which had reportedly been overshadowed by reports of a major feud which led to Adam uninviting his entire family, excluding his sister, from the ceremony.
An apparent war of words ensued in the media during the run up to the 27 December wedding, with Caroline Peaty telling MailOnline it was as if her son had 'cut my heart out'.
The newlywed Ramsay-Peatys have not confirmed the exact cause of the feud, however it's believed to have started after an engagement party last autumn.

Given celebrity chef Gordon's infamously fiery temper, it's not a surprise that the 59-year-old has made a number of apparent digs against his in laws.

The latest came under a recent Instagram post from the newlyweds detailing the night before the ceremony, in which the Hell's Kitchen star commented: "Beautiful [red heart emoji] love you both dad @hollyramsaypeaty @adamramsaypeaty."
Which seems completely innocent out-of-context from the entire situation, just a father expressing his love and happiness over his daughter getting married right?
However not everyone was convinced, with several people accusing Ramsay of making a subtle dig at his in laws.

"You can’t help yourself, can you?" read one reply. "You have to keep making it upsetting for Adam’s parents. You made the wedding day a circus and you are determined to to make his family suffer shame on you."
"Gordon you need think if it was your son getting married and not inviting you and your wife, how would you feel about it," wrote a second user. "Your new son in law needs to stop putting all these things on as it’s not very nice for his mother and father to see they must be heartbroken, he should be ashamed of himself."

Ramsay's decision to use the word 'dad' when referring to both Adam and Holly also seemed to be a point of contention for people, as it appeared to exclude Mark Peaty from his son's life.
"@gordongram you’re not his dad," one person wrote.

However not everyone was convinced the chef was being deliberately pointed with his comment, with others suggesting a simpler explanation for the comment, that it was a father expressing joy for his daughter and nothing more.
"It's his daughter's Instagram page. He can comment as he pleases," one person wrote in defence.
"Give it a rest," added a second, while a third penned: "You were there and know for a fact what the wedding day was like? You know they personally and know the situation? No? That’s what I thought. Unless people know them personally and know of fact what’s going on; they really have no right commenting on matters they know nothing of. It’s between the two families and no one else."

Should Ramsay's comments have been a dig at his in-laws, it wouldn't be the first time he's done so, as the chef previously referenced the ongoing feud during his father-of-the-bride speech.

"Look at Tana and that’s what you have to look forward to," he apparently said, in reference to his wife of nearly 30 years.
And then, in what appeared to be a dig at Peaty's parents, he allegedly added: "Shame you don’t have the same."
