Adam Peaty's sister, Bethany, has spoken out about her family's feud with the Ramsays after being the only family member at the wedding.

While she attended the ceremony, the rest of her family were not invited and she was promptly accused of 'betraying' the Peaty family by standing by her brother's side.

Beth, 32, was also present at sister-in-law Holly Ramsay's hen do and wedding at Bath Abbey, back in December 2025.

Despite a family member claiming that she was 'selling her soul' by being at the wedding, she has recently revealed that she is actually divided between her mum and her Olympic and World Record-holder brother.

Speaking to The Daily Mail, Beth opened up on the hard spot which she finds herself in, though she has now reconciled with mum Caroline.

The mother-of-two admitted that she did it for her son, eight, and daughter, five, as the past few months have been a 'very difficult time'.

Beth, who is a carer, admitted that she's been 'caught right in the middle', saying of burying the hatchet with her mum: "But I’ve made up with mum really for the children. They adore her and she is a great grandma and a good mum."

She admitted that it was 'very sad' and 'a shame' that Caroline was banned from the wedding, even hinting that she tried to act as a go between the two, pointing out that 'we as Peatys are very strong minded people.'

Speaking of being around the Ramsays, Beth admitted: "It’s a wonderful world, a very different one to the one we know," saying of new relatives Gordon, Tana, and Holly Ramsay: "They are a good family and made me feel very welcome."

These new comments come after an anonymoous family source said that Beth was 'a bit of the snake', adding: "Beth had a glimpse into a different life and sold her soul by backing Adam to be part of it.

"She’s come running back to mum and they have reconciled."

She was the maid of honour at the Ramsays wedding ceremony, though a source claimed that she was 'never close' to her brother while growing up.

"Also Beth holds a lot of resentment for Caroline being missing from her childhood when she was taking Adam on his swimming trips," they further alleged.

But Beth made up with her mother in time for Mother's Day, though there has been no contact from Adam for the past four months.

Caroline admitted that she was left crestfallen by the feud with two of her three children, describing the period as 'very challenging emotionally'.

The source said that it is a 'source of comfort' to Caroline as Beth has come back home 'now the wedding is over and Adam is busy with his new life.'

Gordon Ramsay also spoke to the publication about the 'upsetting' situation, claiming: "It’s all self-inflicted from their side, because we’ve done nothing – none of what you’ve read: no rudeness, no ignorance – we welcomed them.

"We sent a chauffeur-driven car for them to come to the engagement party and treated them like royalty. So to get that barrage of press was very hurtful. Tana took it very seriously."

He noted that it was 'Adam and Holly’s wishes for them not to attend'.

Caroline previously said: "I don’t know if they are too young or don’t value family as much as I have, but they don’t understand that family is the foundation to everything.”
