Danniella Westbrook admitted that she 'hates looking in the mirror' as she prepares to undergo further facial surgery.
The former actor, who is best known for playing Sam Mitchell on BBC One soap EastEnders, has undergone a public journey to reconstruct her appearance over the years, following struggles with drug addiction since a young age.
Westbrook is now preparing to embark on an 18-month period of reconstructive surgeries to rebuild her face, which includes a lip reversal and adding 'metal cheekbone'.
"I've been for umpteen surgeries," Westbrook explained during an appearance on Feltz's Vanessa programme on Channel 5, revealing that she is due to undergo her 'fifth or sixth' procedure this Thursday.

"It's quite scary," she added.
"It’s another 18 months of surgery after surgery after surgery. About every two and a half, three months, I’m in surgery."

Westbrook went on to explain that it wasn't just her struggles with drugs that had taken a toll on her looks, revealing that she currently has 'no bone' in her face due to developing osteoporosis.
"I think since I got older, the osteoporosis has set in on my bones," she said.
"So they’ve got to rebuild all my bones. At the moment, it’s filler, but they’ve really got to do a metal bone."
Explaining where the bone will go, she continued: "They're going to do a metal cheekbone here to further up where the bone isn't corroding."
The former I'm A Celeb... and Celebrity Big Brother contestant then talked Feltz through the next steps of her cosmetic surgery journey, saying that doctors were planning to perform a lip reversal.
"The next one they’re doing is like a hair lip reversal because my lip’s so far up now where it’s pulling up that way," she said.

"So I’ve got to do that from the inside, cut a flap from the inside of my cheek, flip it round and over and then bring it in from there and put it through because I don’t want the scarring on the outside of my face."
Westbrook also revealed the heartbreaking mental toll the ongoing facial reconstruction has had on her self-confidence, admitting to 'hating' her appearance.
"I’ve just recently had to have a facelift to realign both sides of my face because they were so wonky," she said, explaining that the facelift was a prerequisite for doctors to be able to begin work on her nose.
"I still hate looking in the mirror," she added.
"It's a hell of a thing to deal with," Feltz said of Westbrook's cosmetic journey.
The former actor previously revealed that she'd 'got rid of all the mirrors' inside her home, as she was unable to cope with seeing her own reflection.
"I couldn’t look at myself," she told MailOnline last December. "That’s how bad it got. The darkest part of this year was hitting a point where I said: 'Everybody is right, I’m so ugly'. I hated the way I looked."
