Daveigh Chase left behind a six-figure estate and no will after she tragically died last month.
The former child star died in Los Angeles on June 16 at the age of just 35.
Chase’s cause of death was later confirmed by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's office as 'acquired immunodeficiency syndrome', known as AIDS.
The medical examiner also listed ‘chronic polysubstance’, which is the use of more than one drug in a short time, as a significant condition linked to her death.

Following her death, probate documents obtained by PEOPLE revealed that Chase had an estate worth around $400,000 made up of personal property and no real estate.
The documents also reveal that Chase died without leaving a will, so her mother Cathy Chase has petitioned the court to be appointed administrator of her estate.

A probate hearing has been scheduled for 12 August in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
The documents state that Chase had been homeless at the time of her death and listed an address in Chatsworth, California, as her last known residence, PEOPLE reports.
Chase started her acting career in 1998 with a guest appearance on Sabrina the Teenage Witch. Her breakthrough role came in 2001 with Donnie Darko.
She is best known for voicing Lilo in Disney's 2002 animated film Lilo & Stitch, and later reprised the role in Stitch! The Movie, Leroy & Stitch, and the television spin-off Lilo & Stitch: The Series.
In 2002, she portrayed the antagonist Samara Morgan in the American remake of The Ring. She also appeared in Carolina, Yellow, and American Romance, and provided the English voice of Chihiro in the dubbed version of Spirited Away.
In later years, Chase remained out of the spotlight, last appearing on screen in 2016, and last posting on social media in 2017.
In the run up to her death, Chase had struggled with addiction and was reportedly living on Skid Row, a homeless community of thousands in Los Angeles.
Speaking to the Daily Mail last month, her mother Cathy said she would regularly check the LA County Medical Examiner's system for news of her daughter's death after drugs 'took hold of her'.

When the news broke of Daveigh's death, Cathy said: "I let out this guttural scream and I just was running. And these weird sounds were coming out of me, these kind of, like, primeval sounds.
"And I went out into the backyard, and I was screaming, 'No, no, no, no!' I am in so much pain, but I hope her soul heard me.”
News of Chase’s estate comes weeks after her long-time manager and friend John Ryan Jr told The New York Post that Chase had amassed ‘millions of dollars’ in unclaimed residuals and said he had attempted to get in touch with the actor multiple times over the years without success.
He also paid tribute to the star, telling the BBC: "She was the greatest. She loved cats. She worked with cat rescues with us. She was very to herself.
"She was not very Hollywood. She'd rather eat at Bob's Big Boy and go home with the cats. She loved acting but wasn't into the fame scene."
