Angry Ginge has lost a heck of a lot of weight on the way to becoming this year's king of the jungle.
The I'm Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! contestant was voted ahead of Tom Rea Wilson and Shona McGarty in the final and has been seen proudly wearing his leafy crown out and about.
Despite such an achievement, the streamer from Salford admitted that he wouldn't ever go through such an experience ever again.
“If you ask me would I do it again, absolutely not,” Ginge, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, said on ITV’s This Morning.

He also told Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard that restricted meals of rice and beans meant that he lost a significant amount of weight in camp.
Personally, he would often go all day without eating because he got sick of the 'rubbish' diet.

“I went on there as a bit of a weight loss journey and I’ve lost 7kg. I know I’m probably not recognisable.” he said.
“There were some days where we’d get to the end of the day and I’d wait for the meal and the meal was just so rubbish.”
Although he happily tucked into a full English after his win, Ginge wasn't pleased about all of the toppings.
“I had a fantastic English fry up waiting for me in the hotel room but there was tomatoes and mushrooms so I left them and went straight for the hash browns and sausages,” the United fan said.

Alongside campmate Lisa Riley, Ginge went and found out in a recent stream if losing over a stone on the show meant that he was no longer classed as 'overweight'.
He went on the NHS website to calculate his new BMI - a screening tool that measures your weight in relation to your height.
The health service notes that 18.5–24.9 is a 'healthy' adult range, while 25+ is 'overweight' and 30+ is considered 'obese'.

“I lost 7kg (in the jungle),” he said.
“I was in the overweight (category). So now, am I going to be in healthy or am I still overweight?”
After checking, Ginge was as 'angry' as ever to find out that he was still 'overweight' with a BMI of 26. “For f**k’s sake, man,” he said.
BMI, meanwhile, is widely considered outdated and overly simplistic as a standalone health metric.
“A BMI between 25 and 29.9 is classed as overweight,” the NHS website reads.
“An overweight result suggests you could benefit from making some healthy changed.”
