US rapper Jelly Roll endured a problematic sex life for years before shedding serious weight, but there's still hurdles to cross even in his healthier state.
Married to former escort Bunnie Xo since 2016, the 'Son of a Sinner' superstar has managed to drop close to 300lbs in recent times, which you'd imagine would fix or at least improve anything going wrong in the bedroom.
Think again, though, because his wife has suggested that libido can be hugely affected after such a shrinking of the body.
In a December 2025 episode of The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Jelly revealed that sex with his wife before the major health change was 'horrible'.

"Dude, I married a f---ing big titty blonde beautiful woman, dog," he said. "You know what I mean? I married the kind of woman that makes you smile when you're crying, Joe.
"I couldn't even get aroused, I was so big. I was having to play Twister to have sex. Left foot here, right foot in the X, you know? Are we in there yet? Tell me if you feel something. I mean, it was bad."
On her Dumb Blonde podcast, Bunnie previously warned couples that there's a chance sex lives can 'slow down' after one half undergoes significant weight loss.
And it appears as though she might be speaking from experience, given that her famous husband experienced a drastic physical transformation.
Stepping in as an 'advisor' for Playboy, where she answered questions from fans about love, sex, sobriety and everything in between, Bunnie offered some sage advice to a man complaining that he and his better half had been having a lot less intimate time since they both started on Ozempic.
"It's like we're not used to our new bodies," the guy explained. "Is it a phase?"
In response, Bunnie shared: "When it comes to sex, slowing down after weight loss and Ozempic can be tricky.
"Big body changes mess with your head and hormones. Add a medication that blunts appetite, and it’s not shocking libido dips too. It’s likely an adjustment period, not a permanent shift."
Bunnie (real name Alisa DeFord) also lovingly spoke about Jelly's transformation during an appearance on The Howard Stern Show.
Alluding to his enormous bodily shift, which clocked in at 275lbs lost to be exact, she commented: "He's got a little strut in his step, and I think it’' just the cutest thing. He deserves to have a hot streak. I'm ready for him to just feel his best."
She then went on to reveal that the reduction in Jelly's body mass had an eyebrow-raising impact on his manhood.
"I will tell you that it is very true that when a man loses weight, it grows a lot," she confirmed.
