Jeremy Clarkson's partner Lisa shares his heartbreaking words after cancer diagnosis
Lisa Hogan has shared what Jeremy Clarkson said when he was diagnosed with prostate cancer and a decision was made over whether to include it on Clarkson's Farm.
Like any series of the show the latest offering had lots of ups and downs, but in episode seven Jeremy dropped the bombshell that he'd been diagnosed with cancer.
He told Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland it was 'aggressive' but promised his farming friends he would be 'fine', though he was later seen in a hospital bed saying that 'some of the treatment has gone awry' but he hoped to be back for another season of Clarkson's Farm.
Clarkson had warned people that the last couple of episodes would be a 'difficult watch', and his partner Lisa told Daily Star Sunday that he'd initially not wanted to include it in the show.

She said: "I'm really happy he caught his prostate cancer early and I'm really proud of him for putting it on the show, because that was a really big decision.
"When I was filming him in hospital at first, he said, 'Please don't'.
"It was Andy Wilman who convinced him to do it, to help everybody else. When the show came out, Prostate Cancer UK had 30,000 people going on to their website in one day."
Indeed, record numbers of men signed up to an online checker for prostate cancer in the aftermath of the episode and Clarkson's decision to ultimately include it in the show has likely done quite a lot of good.
After the episodes released Lisa thanked Prostate Cancer UK for their support and shared a picture of her partner sitting in his garden with a camera, captioning it 'back on the farm'.
Cooper would tell the Daily Mail that Clarkson was in high spirits which he was taking as a good sign.
“If anything like this happens to any of your friends and you just said to my best mate, you've got to be supported through that whole journey," he said.
“And that's where I've been, I've been right by his side and his spirits are really good, so thank you.”
Speaking during the show, Clarkson had said he'd gone through an operation to remove part of his prostate but he 'won't know whether it's worked or not until November probably'.
He'd said: "The prostate, 10 percent of it's dead, the 10 percent where the cancer is.
"We started season five with me in a hospital bed and here we are at the end of season five and I'm back in a hospital bed.
“What I wanted to say was if this is all successful, I'll see you for season six, and if it isn't, I won't. Take care, everyone.”
