Kieran Culkin fans have spotted a seriously hilarious theme every time he wins an award following his recent Critics Choice acceptance speech.

Watch below:

Viewers got sneak peak at what to expect from this year's Oscars after watching the 29th Critics Choice Awards (CCA) last night (14 January).

At this year's event - which took place at the Barker Hangar at the Santa Monica Airport in Santa Monica, California - Oppenheimer took home the bulk of awards with a whopping eight wins, including Best Picture and Christopher Nolan as Best Director.

But as with the 2024 Golden Globe Awards, the big talking point is yet again with Culkin's random acceptance speech.

The younger brother of Macaulay won the Best Performance by a Male Actor in a TV Series Drama for his role as Roman Roy in Succession.

Kieran Culkin went on a bit of a tangent during his Critics Choice acceptance speech.
The CW

“I was nominated for a Golden Globe like 20 years ago and when that moment passed, I sort of remember thinking I’m never going to be back in this room again,” the 41-year-old said at the awards show last week.

“But thanks to Succession I’ve been in here a couple of times, I accepted I would never be on the stage so this is a nice moment. Suck it Pedro (Pascal), sorry, mine.”

And just last night, Kieran was at it again after picking up CCA's Best Actor in a Drama Series for the HBO hit, which also won Best Drama Series.

Instead of the standard 'thank you everyone' speech, fans have pointed out that the actor loves chatting about the first thing that comes into his head.

This time, what followed was an unexpected rant about his dual ear hairs.

He said they were painfully plucked by his wife, Jazz Charton, and co-star Sarah Snook just before he got on stage.

"I'm a little bit thrown, actually," he said.

His wife, along with the audience, were absolutely loving it.

"I have this hair that grows on the side of my ear. Not like an ear hair.

"They both started taking turns plucking my hair, and it was really painful.

"And now, I'm here talking about it instead of saying what I had prepared to say, which is gone now. And I'm probably out of time."

At last year's ceremony he also provided us with some 'fun facts' about his co-star Snook and Matthew Macfadyen.

Taking to X (Twitter), one fan commented: "One thing about Kieran Culkin is that if he wins an award at the critics' choice awards he's gonna share some trivia about him or the cast of Succession in his acceptance speech."

"I love Kieran cause the man literally won an award, and in his speech he's like, here are some fun facts about Sarah Snook and Matthew Macfadyen, like an IMDb trivia," another added.

"Kieran Culkin never stop listening to the voices in your head," a third joked.
