Kristen Bell left Kelly Clarkson slapping her knee with laughter as she discussed how she films sex scenes with Nobody Wants This co-star Adam Brody.
Appearing on The Kelly Clarkson Show recently, Bell was there talking about the show when she was asked about doing some of the racier scenes she'd shot with Brody in a previous movie.
Bell agreed that it was helpful going into it when they'd filmed sex scenes together before, and Clarkson asked whether she'd been pregnant the last time they'd been shooting those scenes.
It turns out that was true, as when they'd been in House of Lies together, she was 'eight-and-a-half months pregnant' with the film's production 'blurring it out'.

"Adam affectionately refers to it as our threesome, which I do not want my daughter to hear," Bell said, which set Kelly Clarkson off laughing.

She went on to say that Brody was 'a delightful scene partner' who she 'loves and trusts as an individual so much', with them also having previously worked together on Some Girls.
Such prior familiarity sounds like it was a help when they were filming scenes while she was pregnant, as he was able to handle it well.
"So to be honest, when I was like this much pregnant and had to like mount him, I was just like, well, morning," Bell explained as she put her hands out to mime a sizeable baby bump.

"And he, I don't know, he made everything very safe and comfortable. We have a very like sibling relationship in real life because we get along really well but we also argue like crazy."
Bell had recently been pencilled in for another TV appearance, this one on The Today Show on Wednesday (22 October) morning which she didn't make it to.
She's recently caused quite a stir with her anniversary message to husband of 12 years Dax Shepard, as she posted about him telling her he would never kill her despite being 'heavily incentivized'.
Presumably this was an inside joke between the married couple, particularly since many of their friends messaged to say they'd found it really funny and congratulated them on their dozen years of marriage.

However, others didn't like the message and called Bell out for the post as they asked her not to joke about such things.
Even the NBC show Dateline commented to say they'd 'screenshotted' the post just in case, and the actor later limited comments on her recent social media posts.
