Everything Logan Paul has said about controversial Liam Payne interview as Louis Tomlinson says he'll 'forever despise him'

Logan Paul was slammed by Louis Tomlinson for his controversial Liam Payne interview

Louis Tomlinson has opened up about Liam Payne’s controversial interview with Logan Paul from 2022, saying that he’ll ‘forever despise’ the YouTuber and WWE star for it.

Payne, who died just over a year ago in Buenos Aires, appeared on Logan Paul’s IMPAULSIVE podcast and would later speak about his regret over the appearance.

Payne, who was drinking throughout the podcast, spoke in the appearance about how One Direction was built around him and airing former drama with fellow band member Zayn Malik in which Malik had ‘thrown him against a wall’.

Shortly after the appearance, Payne would spend 100 days in rehab, later thanking Zayn Malik and the rest of One Direction for the support he gave him during the controversy.

In a new interview with The Independent, however, Louis Tomlinson has slammed Paul, calling him a ‘horrible little f*cker’ he’ll ‘forever despise’ over the interview, saying that ‘that's the problem with some of this new 'media'.

He added: “I would like to think most journalists… some journalists have a duty of care.”

Paul has spoken in the past about the interview, as well as Liam’s death, however, has not apologised for his part in it.

“The alcohol definitely loosens you up.”

He went on to acknowledge Payne’s suggestion on the podcast that he’d like to fight Justin Bieber, adding: “He said a lot of stuff, people were upset, I’m not super in the 1D world.

“People were upset Liam said he was basically the founding father of One Direction, that he was the inception.”

Schulz then began making fun of Payne, saying he ‘didn’t realise’ he was in One Direction and thought he was an actor.
