Presley Gerber reportedly died of 'suspected overdose'
Presley Gerber is understood to have passed away from a 'suspected overdose'.
It was revealed that the son of 90s supermodel Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber had passed away yesterday at the age of 27 on Sunday 20 September. A representative for the family later confirmed the news to TMZ, adding that his family were 'asking for privacy during this very difficult and painful time'.
Now, new details are emerging surrounding the 27-year-old's death, with Los Angeles law enforcement revealing that Presley was found unresponsive at a sober living facility in Santa Monica, California, according to a report from The Sun.
Officers who attended the scene 'attempted life-saving measures' before Presley was pronounced deceased.

"No foul play is suspected. It’s currently being investigated as an overdose," the statement added.
The update follows a report from the Los Angeles Medical Examiner, which states that Presley had passed away at a rehab facility.
Presley Gerber had been vocal about his struggles with mental health and substance abuse
Over the past couple of years, Presley had spoken openly about his experience with both depression and addiction.
In 2019, he was arrested and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and given three years' probation as well as community service.
In 2022, he spoke candidly about her struggles during an interview on Studio 22 podcast, saying that he wanted to help others who found themselves in similar situations.
“Having struggled with mental health, depression and some other things that come along with that, I think that whether I help one person or a hundred people get out of that place that I was in at one point in my life, that’s all I need to do," he said.
“[Mental health] is an issue. It is such a big part of my life. It’s a 24/7 job, and there’s so much to it."
He continued: "That’s really what I want to do: help people, whether you’re depressed, you’re struggling with something that is having a negative effect on your body. I mean it could be anything, and there’s no judgment."
The former model also ran a series on his Instagram account titled 'Mental Health Mondays' where he spoke candidly about his experiences.
Meanwhile, back in March, Presley revealed that he'd flown to Mexico to undergo an experimental addiction treatment, which he documented on social media. The post was met with support from family members, with Cindy, Rande and Kaia all praising him in the comments.
