Riley Reid opened up about ‘weirdest’ moment while filming in her adult movie career

Riley Reid has shared the 'weirdest' thing she's encountered in her decade-long career in the adult film industry.

Starting out at 19, she's achieved pretty much everything you can in porn, having picked up over 45 awards, including the AVN Award for Female Performer of the Year in 2016.

She also makes around six figures a month on OnlyFans, and was inducted into the XRCO Hall of Fame not too long ago.

However, the 34-year-old from Florida, US, has also experienced her fair share of weird.

This includes the one time she had to stop filming twice for having acrylic nails.

Without going too much into that one, having long nails on a porn set around a male performer is perhaps not the best idea...

Anyway, during an appearance on the TigerBelly podcast in January, Reid spoke to hosts Bobby Lee and Khalyla Kuhn about some of the stranger things she has experienced in her long career.

"There was definitely some weird moments... some guys being kind of aggressive at times," she recalled.

Reid went onto explain that the performer she tried to have sex with was having a hard time getting it up.

The guy was indeed experiencing 'wood problems', and it's easy to understand why, with multiple people and cameras just staring at you while you do it.

Although, on this occasion, things got even weirder when Reid's co-star found another way to get the blood flowing.

"He liked the next girl in the makeup chair," the adult film legend explained.

"So he made the other girl stand in the corner of the room while he was banging me, so he was looking at her because I couldn't turn him on or something.

"I think he just had like a degrading thing."

Well, a sort-of solution to this is Reid deciding to give up performing with male co-stars.

Speaking on Jordyn Jones' What They Don't Tell You podcast in 2021, she revealed that 'dating was really hard' when people often had a preconceived idea of who she should be.

Reid, whose real name is Ashley Matthews, explained: "Especially as I grew a name for myself, it was hard to meet someone who [didn't] know who I was.

"And so there was always that, like, fandom. They met me first in their mind as Riley, so it was really hard to like reverse and teach them that I'm Ashley."
