Sarah Paulson has alluded to the 32-year age gap between her and partner Holland Taylor in a brutally honest interview.
The American Horror Story star has been in a relationship with Taylor since 2015, after first crossing paths 10 years prior, at a dinner party in 2005.
Paulson and Taylor later reconnected after the Truman Show actor dropped her a DM on X (or, as it was known in those days, Twitter) and things blossomed from there.
However, they haven't been immune from public scrutiny since coming out as a couple a year later, with a lot of people commenting on the notable age gap between 50-year-old Paulson and 82-year-old Taylor.

Despite the scrutiny, the couple have clearly managed to go the distance with each other and will every now and again share updates on their romance.
Just don't expect to hear wedding bells for the couple anytime soon.
Paulson recently spoke about her relationship with Taylor earlier this year, revealing that although she did feel an 'extra sense of responsibility to the LGBTQ+ community' with her relationship, it wasn't a burden.
"I don’t see it as a burden, but I don’t always like feeling like my relationship belongs to someone else," she told the Spanish outlet El País.
"It’s a strange thing. However, what makes me happy is that, in a way, through our relationship, we can set an example of two people who fell in love."
Paulson also touched on public reactions to her romance, acknowledging that her and Taylor's relationship was 'very disconcerting' to many people.
"For many, our age difference is very disconcerting," she said.
"That’s why I like to represent something so positive and unconventional, because living by predetermined social norms is boring, and why would you follow a path that isn’t yours? So yes, I like to represent something so positive.
"And at the same time, my relationship belongs to me."
This isn't the first time in which Paulson has addressed backlash to her relationship head on.
During a 2020 interview with The Guardian, the Ratched star questioned why she and Taylor received so much backlash when other famous couples with a large age gap did not.
"I don’t remember people going nuts about Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones, in terms of their age difference," she said.
"I think people are fascinated by it, because it’s so not typical," Paulson continued. "Except for if you look around at plenty of well-known or recognisable couples, when they’re heterosexual couples, it just runs rampant, and I don’t see anybody becoming obsessed by those relationships"
