To date, the star has been arrested for disorderly conduct and second-degree assault, and charged with felony burglary.

Despite this, it is anticipated that the forthcoming Warner Brothers film, Flash will still be going ahead in June 2023, drawing widespread criticism following the cancellation of Batgirl. Flash is reported to have cost $200 million with Miller appearing in almost every scene.
In a new statement, Miller has said: “having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment.”
“I want to apologise to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behaviour,” they added. “I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life.”
Miller also sings and play drums in the band Sons of an Illustrious Father.
