Back in November it was announced that the hotly-anticipated film John Wick 3 had finished filming and now the studio is whetting fans' appetites even further by releasing some first look photos of the film.
One photo shows Keanu Reeves as John Wick, pictured in his typical sharp suit in a rainy city scene, while in another we see him walking across an arid desert plain alongside Halle Berry and her two Belgian Malinois dog - an exciting prospect for a film series that is very dog-centric.

Back in 2017, the second instalment of the movie trilogy finished with - SPOILER ALERT - John on the run, with a global bounty on his head. So where does that leave him now? Unsurprisingly, Reeves isn't giving us all the answers just yet, but he did reveal to Entertainment Weekly how the third film is going to kick off.
He said: "The third chapter is literally connected to 2 and starts with John Wick on the run. It goes crazy from there."
He also went on to discuss how the film's newcomer, Halle Berry, is set to get involved, adding: "She has a past with John. I end up going to find her to see if she can help me."

It wouldn't be a John Wick film unless there were dogs playing a huge role, and this time they belong to Berry's character Sofia.
Back in 2014 John started his huge revenge-fuelled murder-spree after his puppy was killed, and it looks as though Berry's character also has a pooch-related motive. Reeves said: "Whereas John's puppy was symbolic of his wife, Halle's two dogs are symbolic of someone she's lost."
The film's director, Chad Stahelski, then added the studio had developed a whole action-filled sequence around the pooches, he said: "They work very well tactically."
Although the third movie hasn't even hit cinemas yet - it's due out on 17 May 2019 - Stahelski mentioned he was already thinking about moving the films up a gear and turning the trilogy into a lengthier saga - but only if the audience like the third chapter.
He joked: "We did the first one and were like, 'They're going to laugh at us.' This one, I'm already looking for janitorial jobs."

Well, we have five months to wait until we finally get to see it, but what we know so far is that Wick is being hunted with a $14 million open contract on his life, having brokena central rule: taking a life on Continental Hotel grounds.
The synopsis says: "The victim was a member of the High Table who ordered the open contract. John should have already been executed, except the Continental's manager, Winston, has given him a one-hour grace period before he's 'Excommunicado' - membership revoked, banned from all services and cut off from other members. John uses the service industry to stay alive as he fights and kills his way out of New York City."
Can't. Wait.
