Gemma Collins says she and Stormzy are the only ones with a Deliveroo platinum card

The TOWIE star's admission has made more than a few fans jealous, after learning just how much free takeaway Gemma Collins was entitled to.

We all love a good takeaway now and again, but imagine getting free food for an entire year?

Though it might be a dream for most of us, it’s happening for some celebs who’ve been given a platinum card from Deliveroo – entitling them to thousands of pounds worth of grub.

In fact, Gemma Collins has revealed that she and Stormzy are the first to receive the swanky gift card.

The TOWIE star went into great detail about the takeaway deal while appearing on 8 Out Of 10 Cats earlier this year.

Explaining how the card worked on the comedy show, Collins even revealed that it entitled her to £12,000 worth of food per year.

“I think it’s something like £12,000 or might be £6,000,” she boasted on the Channel 4 show.

Unable to resist the urge to poke fun at TV personality, host Jimmy Carr responded: “We’re halfway through January now, so that’s gone.”

What is more intriguing though is the fact that she and Stormzy are the only celebs to receive the cards.

Sadly, GC and the ‘Vossi Bop’ singer have yet to share a meal together, with the reality eager to meet him: “I’d love to eat with Stormzy.”

While she might not have met her dream dinner date, the former I’m a Celeb star did reveal that she can’t resist a bit of Pizza Hut.

However, her favourite treat was Wimpy’s Brown Derby, a doughnut with ice cream, chocolate sauce and nuts.

The reality star isn’t the only one who's been boasting about her takeaway treats, with Stormzy raving about his Deliveroo gold card back in 2017 - which also entitled him to free food for a year.

Sharing a photo of the impressive promotional box he received, he wrote: “The game has changed forever. The very 1st Deliveroo Gold Card. Bruddah. I am gassed.”

Understandably, some of his fans were pretty jealous of the free food with one fan joking: “If I DM you my address can you order me some dinner please?”

Another teased that they were now awaiting the release of ‘Deliveroo Skank’, after the Brit award winner got the gift card.

Back when Stormzy got his gold card, members of the public were invited to apply for one by writing in to tell Deliveroo why they deserved free takeaway for a year - but the offer now appears to have closed.

It's unclear if the platinum card The GC is talking about is an upgrade on Deliveroo's previous gold card.
