Holly Ramsay and swimmer Adam Peaty announce baby news six months after their high-profile wedding
Holly Ramsay and husband Adam Peaty have announced they are expecting their first child together - a baby girl.
The couple wed in a star-studded ceremony at Bath Abbey in December, which included guests like David and Victoria Beckham, who are close friends of the Ramsays.
They announced their baby news on Instagram, captioning a picture: “Baby Ramsay-Peaty coming December 2026”, with an emoji of a chick climbing out of an egg, followed by: "We can’t wait to meet our baby girl."
Their wedding in December made headlines due to a family feud, which, according to the Daily Mail, had escalated after Peaty’s mother Caroline was not invited to the bride’s hen do.

Victoria Beckham was among the celebrities commenting on their news, writing on Instagram: "Congratulations", with heart emojis, while former Strictly Come Dancing star Oti Mabuse, who recently announced she's expecting her second baby, wrote: "Fantas News".
TV presenter Dan Walker wrote: "Amazing news. Looking forward to meeting the new member of the family. You need to be work out a bit though Adam… guns are looking a little scrawny."
Peaty, 31, is a three-time Olympic champion and was recently named as part of England’s swimming squad for the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in July.
Holly’s father, celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, heaped praise on Peaty during his Netflix docuseries titled Being Gordon Ramsay, which was released in February.
The famous chef praised his son-in-law as “grounded” in the series, adding: “He’s not walking around like an Olympic champion with his head up his ass. He’s my type of guy.”
Congratulating the couple on their baby news, Gordon wrote on Instagram: "Congratulations to you both sending lots of love Dad. I’m going to be a very over excited Grandad especially this Christmas."
A report by The Sun, around the wedding, claimed that Peaty’s parents had described Gordon as “a big bully” who had “pushed them too far”.
He dismissed the claims as “absolute nonsense”, telling the publication: “I’m certainly not a bully.
“I think when you send personal chauffeur cars up to Nottingham to invite this incredible family down to enjoy their party – by the way Holly and Adam were hosting that party, Caroline and Mark (Peaty’s parents), Tana (Ramsay’s wife) and I were guests – (it’s) appalling to even suggest there was any bullying. That’s absolute nonsense.
“Secondly, opening up my door, welcoming them into the family, at the end of the day there was a lot of friction going on before all that and so there was some stuff that they needed to sort it out, and so it was sad to see that barrage of negativity that was self-propelled by them.
“I think once you start enjoying that kind of press attention and you revel in it, you’re sort of feeding the beast.”
The couple announced their engagement in September 2024, with Peaty proposing during a holiday to Crete.
Peaty is reported to have met his new wife through her sister Tilly, who was a contestant on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing in 2021, the same series which saw Peaty partnered with Strictly's Katya Jones.
Following their wedding, both Holly and Adam updated their surnames on Instagram to Ramsay-Peaty.
