Matty Healy has been filmed eating raw meat on stage at The 1975 concert in Madison Square Garden. Watch below:
As the world-famous band kicked off their 'Being Funny in a Foreign Language' album tour, fans have been baffled by a viral video of the group's frontman seemingly munching on a slab of raw meat on stage.
The singer is seen shirtless, on his knees, whilst getting stuck into a chop of raw meat, with no expression on his face whatsoever.
Some fans are now saying that they've got 'the ick' for Matty Healy.
One person commented: "Finally got the ick."
Another added: "I'm not kidding please tell me thats not actually raw meat tell me it's a very well detailed cake."
"Pleaseeee tell me thats a cake that looks like meat," a third tweeted.
A fourth said: "I’m gonna pretend I never saw that."
Notably, not everyone had an issue with it, as one fan said: "He was incredible last night !! They all were!!! I think he is living his best life! He is an artist!"
"Idc that’s my man," another commented.

"If meat is not cooked all the way through, these bacteria may cause food poisoning.
"Bacteria and viruses can be found all the way through poultry and certain meat products (such as burgers). This means you need to cook poultry and these sorts of meat products all the way through.
"When meat is cooked all the way through, its juices run clear and there is no pink or red meat left inside."
Meats and meat products that you should cook all the way through are:
- poultry and game, such as chicken, turkey, duck and goose, including liver
- offal, including liver
- burgers and sausages
- rolled joints of meat
It added: "You can eat whole cuts of beef or lamb when they are pink inside – or "rare" – as long as they are cooked on the outside."
These meats include:
