Today (Wednesday, November 5), Lily Allen West End Girl tour tickets went on presale, and sold out 'in minutes'.

Thousands of fans flocked to join the queues in the hope of securing tickets, but many were left empty-handed due to overwhelming demand.

One tweeted, "21,000th in the Lily Allen queue for presale in a venue that holds 2,200. Presales are a waste of time."

Another added, "Waited over 10 minutes in the queue only for all Lily Allen tickets to be gone... Gigs and Tours, I will beat you."

A third simply said, "Lily Allen Ticketmaster experience was an absolute nightmare."


As fans will know, the British songstress recently released heartbreak album West End Girl and it has swiftly become the soundtrack to our day.

Featuring hit songs including Tennis, Madeline, and Ruminating, Allen wrote and recorded the 14-track album in just 10 days.

Where to buy Lily Allen tickets and what time general sale starts

General sale starts at 10am on Friday, November 7 via See Tickets and Ticketmaster.

You can also purchase tickets through the venue of your choice, such as London Palladium via LW Theatres.

It's recommended that you log into your chosen ticketing site 15 minutes before the sale opens, so that's 9.45am.

If you can't wait until Friday, resale tickets are now available via StubHub and Viagogo.

Fan hack to buy Lily Allen tickets

On Reddit, successful fans have shared their top tip for securing Lily Allen tickets in the upcoming general sale, so make sure to take note.

"I was 7,000th in the London queue and managed to get a ticket for the Sunday!" one user wrote. "The power of refreshing always has me covered."

Another agreed, as they shared: "I managed to get one ticket for Nottingham. I got in after 12 minutes on my laptop. I joined the waitlist and before logging off, refreshed a few times. One ticket suddenly appeared and I bought it."

A third said, "It's worth refreshing the Box Office link [multiple times], as the Gigs and Tours website was completely pointless."

If refreshing doesn't work for you, another Lily Allen fan had success after revisiting the original ticketing link.

"I went back to the original link in the email, which eventually, got me in," they wrote. "At first, the seating chart was all greyed out, but after several more attempts I managed to get a ticket, after about 40 minutes of trying.

"For anyone trying again on general sale, that’s what I’d recommend. Don't give up if it tells you it’s sold out, keep trying!"

Where is Lily Allen performing on tour?

Due to phenomenal demand, an extra date has been added for The London Palladium on March 22, 2026, just in time for the general sale.

The highly-anticipated tour will begin at Glasgow's Royal Concert Hall on March 2, before heading to the likes of Liverpool, Birmingham, Sheffield, and Newcastle.
