The highly-anticipated competition show The Masked Singer on ITV is back, and fans have gone more wild than ever on social media trying to work out who is hiding under the mask.

The show sees celebrities dressing up in large, colourful costumes and performing pop songs to a panel of judges who try to work out what their true identity is.

The reality show is based on the South Korean show King of Mask Singer, which has since spread worldwide and has at last reached our shores.

So, which celebrities are most likely to be hidden behind the mask? Check out the latest odds for The Masked Singer 2022 below, according to Betfair.

The Masked Singer odds:

Mushroom:

The mother nature-looking character captured hearts with their cover of “It’s Oh So Quiet by Björk, while Mushroom sang with quite the strong Irish accent.

Well, bookies currently have Mushroom pipped as English singer-songwriter Katy B. The “Lights On” songstress is currently topping the odds to be Mushroom, with Lily Allen following behind.

Mushroom Odds:

Katy B 6/4

Lily Allen 5/2

Aisling Bea 6/1

Jane Horrocks 8/1

Carol Vorderman 10/1

Robobunny:

If you can cast your minds back, the half-bunny, half-robot character captured the audience with their cover of Saving All My Love For You by Whitney Houston, with Davina McCall calling their performance “beautiful”.

Not only have social media fans predicted the odds for Robobunny, but so have the bookies. And they’re predicted to be, you guessed it, Mark Feehily with odds of 4/7.

Robobunny Odds:

Mark Feehily 4/7

Danny O'Donoghue 3/1

Lee Ryan 8/1

Paddy McGuinness 12/1

Will Smith 20/1

Doughnuts:

This delicious stack of sugary-sweet pastries sang Surviour’s “Eye of the Tiger”, while Doughnuts was overheard calling himself “extra speedy” in a Liverpudlian accent during the VT.

And topping the odds for Doughnuts is former footballer according to the betting giant is Michael Owen with 1/4.

Doughnuts Odds:

Michael Owen 1/4

Robbie Fowler 6/1

Gary Lineker 10/1

Alan Shearer 14/1

Rio Ferdinand 16/1

Firework:

Fans of the show will remember how Firework blew fans away with their cover of “Domino” by Jessie J, before stating that they’ve “always been a pocket rocket, a total bundle of energy”.

Well, the bookies have this bundle of energy predicted as former Coronation Street actress Michelle Keegan at 6/5.

Firework Odds:

Michelle Keegan 6/5

Lady Leshurr 2/1

Kym Marsh 8/1

Mel C 14/1

Dani Dyer 16/1

Rockhopper:

The part-penguin, all-legs character performed a stunning rendition of “Higher Love” by Kygo Ft. Whitney Houston.

Despite the top guesses among fans for Rockhopper being Zendaya, the bookies actually have the character predicted to be Swedish singer-songwriter Robyn, at 11/10.

Rockhopper Odds:

Robyn: 11/10

Paloma Faith 5/2

Zara Larsson 8/1

Bjork 10/1

Ashley Roberts: 14/1

Traffic Cone:

This brightly-coloured character hilariously rick-rolled judges Davina McCall, Rita Ora, Jonathan Ross and Mo Gilligan with Rick Astley’s Never Gonna Give You Up.

Now, bookies have predicted it’s Opera star Aled Jones to be behind Traffic Cone.

Traffic Cone Odds:

Aled Jones 4/6

Bradley Walsh 3/1

Nick Knowles 8/1

Alexander Armstrong 10/1

Rick Astley 16/1

Panda:

The adorable black and white bear sung a cover of “Levitating” by Dua Lipa, while they explained they had both introverted and extroverted behavioural tendencies.

Currently, bookies have Panda pipped as being “Torn” hitmaker, Natalie Imbruglia.

Panda Odds:

Natalie Imbruglia 6/4

Amanda Holden 13/8

Pixie Lott 8/1

Alesha Dixon 12/1

Helen Skelton 14/1

Odds are correct at the time of publication and are, as always, subject to change.
