Bloke whose 'b*****ks were hanging off' after car accident still cracked hilarious joke about his penis

Talk about a sense of humour

Britain's sharpest armchair critics graced our screens once again for last night's programme (29 September) to share more of their insightful and passionate takes on the week's biggest and best shows.

While Gogglebox is definitely no stranger to the weird and wonderful - there was one particular moment on an episode of BBC's Ambulance that really caught the attention of viewers.

The scene in question followed one unlucky bloke whose 'b*****ks were hanging off' after a car accident, and yet was miraculously somehow still able to crack a hilarious joke about his penis. Have a look:

In the clip, the chap can be seen being whisked away to hospital in an ambulance where he asks the paramedic: "Are my b*****ks alright?"

Gogglebox star Simon Minty can then be heard saying: "I hope his b*****ks are alright."

The paramedic replies: "I think your b*****ks are alright actually to be fair from what I saw."

The bloke then asks the health professional: "Is it okay if you can ring my brother?

"Tell him I'm alright but I've got no d*ck."

The Siddiqui family then laugh, reiterating the line: "But I've got no d*ck! Oh my god!"

And then, for the ultimate mic drop moment, the man adds his final request to the helpful parademic.

"Tell him it's still bigger than his though," he jokes.

Jenny and Lee then burst into laugher as well as brother and sister, Peter and Sophie.

Peter then says: "You can tell that this is up North because you wouldn't get somebody, even when their balls are hanging off, going, 'Tell him it's still bigger than his'.

"Down South, they wouldn't do that."

Everyone was in stitches at the bloke's side-splitting wise-crack.

Sophie then concurred: "No."

Unsurprisingly, the ordeal has since sent the internet into quite a frenzy with many social media users rushing to share their reactions to the chaotic incident.

One X, formerly Twitter, user penned: "You have to admire the poor bloke giving it the Billy big bollocks in that predicament."

A second quipped: "Did they show the bit where he gets the paramedic to call his brother to tell him he's lost his penis, but that it's still bigger than his?"

They most certainly did.

"Did anyone watch that Ambulance show? Is that guy alright???" worried a third.

A fourth chimed in: "I now have to watch Ambulance to find out how you can be in a RTC and have your b*****ks hanging off. Hope he was ok."

A fifth praised: "Thank you Gogglebox for the Ambulance moment."

"I want to know how he got that injury???" wondered another.

I'm sure we all do.
