Celebrity Big Brother contestant in tears after bosses break strict show rule for her

Fans of Celebrity Big Brother are aware of the strict rule.

Usually, when a Celebrity Big Brother contestant is in tears it's because they've either had a massive row, or managed to go all the way and win.

But the reason why American actor Marisha Wallace will shed some tears on Thursday night's episode has actually got nothing to do with the show.

The 38-year-old - who appeared in the original Broadway casts of Aladdin (2014) and Something Rotten! (2015) - is set to be overcome with emotion when she's told some important, outside news.

So, when Big Brother housemates vote face to face, the garden gets transformed into a funfair.

And when Marisha plays the wheel of fortune machine, it revealed: "There are exciting things ahead, on Sunday 14th April, you will be sitting at the Olivier Awards as a nominee."

She basically earned a nomination for the Best Actress in a Musical category for her role in Guys & Dolls at the Bridge Theatre and will be up against the likes of Nicole Scherzinger, 45.

The rest of the celebs rush over to celebrate, however, as fans of the ITV show are aware, outside news is usually not allowed.

Well, a show insider told the Daily Mail: "Producers decided to give Marisha a message about her OIivier Award nomination.

"It is a big moment in her life and now she will never forget how she found out, surrounded by her co-stars in the Celebrity Big Brother house.

"She was taken aback from the news and truly overcome with emotion."

LADbible has contacted ITV for comment.

This comes after fellow CBB contestant Louis Walsh is facing backlash after his rant about music duo Jedward.

Walsh - who managed the Irish twins on The X-Factor in 2009 - said: “They were vile… I done five million quid with them, I swear on my mother’s life.

“They were vile, they were novelty, they were great for the show.”

Fans weren't impressed by Walsh's comments about the twins, with one penning on X: "If you come for Jedward, you come for the Eurovision community. I met Louis Walsh in 2017 and I was NOT a fan to say the least."

Well, the musicians - whose real names are John and Edward Grimes - took to X to hit back at the claims themselves.

The duo wrote: "Louis Walsh is a cold hearted b***ard who didn’t even send us flowers when our mom died," before revealing: "Louis Walsh B**ched and talked about us to our best friend Tara Reid and then we fired him!"

They added: "Girls Aloud hate Louis! Jedward hate Louis! Ronan Keating hates Louis! All future acts should be made aware of what this VILE man is really like.

"Louis reopened these wounds all by himself being spiteful and disrespectful we aren’t going to have our character taken. Justice will be served."
